I bought this for my son and he hasn't stop playing it since. I would recommend this toy as a must have for all boys above the age of 6-66! It gives hours of fun to all ages alike and the only disappointment is with the charging of the helicopter which takes 20 minutes but the charge lasts for only 10 minutes, otherwise a big thumbs up!!!!!!!

This puzzle is durable and makes the owner use their mind and improve their dexterity. Whether it is educational is doubtful, although as I already said it encourages the user to think. Plus side: You can use it just about anywhere. It does not use batteries or mains electricity (a big plus for me, the bill payer), there are no small parts to lose and a sense of achievement is attained if you master the puzzle. Down side: Can become boring after a while and as I am finding out can lead to frustration. After spending a great deal of time and energy a number of years ago, I finally mastered the mystery of the Rubik Cube and could solve the puzzle in a time that I, at least thought was impressive. Got a lot of advice from friends and family during my wife's pregnancy, thankfully one friend reccommended this. I might have bought a lot of other junk for our little man but this is excellent. No other word for it, good price, very good monitor, hope your little one brings as much joy as ours.

If you worked out what it costs per unit of electricity to use disposable batteries, you'd buy rechargeables to fit all your portable power needs. These ones seem to work well.

I just got this for my Ben 10 collection and it was brilliant and is just like the one in the TV programme. Only one complaint...it's really loose on second from tightest strap, because when you strap it on the tightest it seems to refuse that and it takes about 5 mins to actually put it on a 10 year old...

Have you ever opened a gift to find it is totally not the sort of gift you liked to receive. You wonder who bought it you and why ? Then you get that feeling of embarrassment. Well, this is how I felt when I saw this item. Firstly, it looks so much like a pen, it really needed to have one built into it, to make it worth its while. The LED flashlight is pretty hopeless, the item looks cheap and plasticy because it is just that ! Most of the Dr. Who tie in stuff I've seen has been pretty well finished, epsecially the Daleks. This item is far from that and if you were considering buying one for a kid, I'd forget it and opt for one of the other sonic screwdrivers on the market.

My little boy has had these since he was one and were now on our second set.He loves colouring and drawing so these are perfect.When they came i thought they would be longer but in fact they are just the right size for little hands.And he loves it even more now he can tell me the colours of them.
