Like the other commenter, I bought this toy for my daughter. She loved playing with it in the bath, but when she got out I noticed that the paint had begun peeling from the fish. She's only 11 months old, and had been chewing the toys, so I'm sure she managed to scrape it off with her teeth before I noticed. Definitely not worth the risk.

The first sachet does indeed create lumps of goo in the water and lots of nasty see-through gel in the water. Unfortunately, the second sachet does not get rid of it all, which means that the children, bath and any bath toys need a thorough cleaning afterwards. It is a right pain to clean up and does not work as described - avoid.
