I'm not sure why Mr Garrad's Scooters went wrong, maybe they manufacture them differently now, but I first got mine about 6-7 years ago, THIS ACTUAL SCOOTER! Mine stills works fine, I threw it around A LOT! always trying tricks on it, throwing it into ditches, crashing on it, the lot, and mine's got a few scrapes but hasn't broke. Maybe it's just the way they make them nowadays... IF YOU'RE BUYING THIS FOR A YOUNGSTER (anywhere aged up to 14-15) BUY A CHEAPER ONE!! There's some on here for £6!! Seriously, I can't see how £40 will make a difference in scooters judging by my years of experience! Hope this helps! :)

It took 5 minutes to build. You basically attach the wheels and steering wheel and that's it ready to go! I bought this for my 6 year old sister, for Christmas, but I had to have a go to see if it was any good. It does what it says, it IS fun and there's not much more to say about it really. It doesn't work on carpets like it says, but on laminate flooring it's pretty good. Hopefully my sister will like it because if she doesn't I'll keep it and use it myself!!
