Sylvainians are so ...cool!All my friends say,"Your so lucy I wish I could own 120 sylvains!" Sylvainians are so adorable and they encourage kids(and adults!) to use one's imaginative brains(and it gives one a break from couch patato activities such as play staitions ,X boxes etc! By the way,even though sylvainians are advertised 4+ wait untill your are 7 or 8,beacause I brought my first sylvainian family when I was 4 and there is hardly any fur left on them due to sucking!

I bought this for my daughter before deciding whether to buy a more expensive dolls house. Whilst it's a bit garrish for my taste, she loves it and it comes kitted out an entire family and entourage, including cat and tiny little bottle for the baby, as well as the usual larger furniture. Handily it packs away into a nice small package at the end of the day. Whilst the pieces are quite fiddly they seem to be manageable to a 3 and a 1/2 year old. My only fear is that we will lose some of the bits. Overall a great cheap toy. And as for the need to buy a larger dolls house? I doubt it.

I love the hedgehog family. I remember I once had two sets of the hedgehog family, and I lost the parents to one of the sets so I created my family to have four hedgehog children instead of two.

I spent several days arguing with Fisher Price over the misleading advertising campaign being used. This doll does not learn and speak its own name ( the advert implied it learnt the name Emma and responded to it by saying "My Name Emma"). This is not the case, and the doll only responds to the name given by saying "My Name Mommy". The adverts then disappeared for several weeks, and were replaced by a new advert - this is still not very clear either!! At the moment, my daughter is terrified of this doll, probably because it's movements are very noisy and robotic. I'm sure she will get used to it in time. If Chucky had a child, this would be it!!!

I just bought this for my 3 year old daughter and she loves it (I've seen her kiss it when she's finished with it before putting it away!). It's a beautiful doll and the fact that it plays 2 songs is a lovely bonus. The only things that bother me are that her shoes don't stay on and the peacock feathers/fan thing comes off too easily but other than that, it's a must for any little girly girl like mine!
