I bought this toy to play at Christmas as a family. I was a bit disappointed with the format of it as although it is fun to play the game in secret from other family members, it was a bit boring not really being able to see how the other players were doing as we were all trying to crowd round the small handset. If you like playing games as a group then I do not recommend you buy this and perhaps choose the DVD option instead- it is much cheaper and doesn't need batteries.

This ball is so much fun. The shock you get depends on where it touches you. It's very durable, i've dropped it lots and it's still working. You can play so many games with it like, hot potato and you can put the ball on different parts of your body. It's well worth £15, it makes you laugh. I expected it to be bigger but when you play with it you can see why they have made it smaller. :-D

UB Funkeys are Great. They are the best game for the PC and they are going to be THE game to get this Christmas! They are for any age from about 6 up, my little sister likes playing and so does my Mum! You get a big Funkey (the hub) that plugs into the USB port of your pc and then there are loads of other other smaller Funkey characters to collect, which sit on the shoulders of the hub (really cute). You play the game, creating a virtual world with different areas and games for each of the different types of Funkey. You have your own Crib which you decorate and fill with different items you pick up along the way as you play the game. Its really fab and really addictive and all my friends want one!

I had played The Game of Life years ago. I bought this new electronic version at Christmas instead of the old version as a result of reading the reviews I saw here. What a mistake! It is very very boring with an electronic pod that is no fun at all. My kids and husband had never played The Game of Life and thought I was mad to buy it. We played it twice and nearly lost the will to live. It is truely awful. Take my advice, buy the standard version of the game with the cars and money etc. it is great fun. I have just had to go out and buy the standard version so now I can throw away this pile of junk.

I wished I had read the reviews on this product before I bought it. One of the reviewers mentioned that they returned the product because of the poor quality of the screen and they felt that this fault would have been rectified. Alas, when I tried the product out, I too found that the screen quality was so poor that it was nearly impossible to read. It would seem that this is generic with this game. My advice is give this one a miss as the quality is very poor and save you the hassle of having to return it.

This toy/game looked so attractive that I just had to open it and play with it as an early Christmas present to myself. It's a simple concept (just like the old twenty questions guessing game), where you think of something - anything - and 20Q asks you a question to which you answer 'yes', 'no', 'sometimes' or 'don't know'. After you've answered 20 times he makes his guess, and wins it if is correct. If he's wrong he gets another 5 questions and guesses again. 20Q has a cheeky sense of humour, with comments in between the questions which suggests he's finding this too easy and will always win, and although this adds to the fun and entertainment value, he does actually get it wrong sometimes.
