ive just got one of thease boards for my son and he has endless amounts of fun on it. i think there exelent and would recomend them to any parent.

We wanted a swingball to go in the ground as it would need to take a hard hit or two. It could do with a longer point to go in deeper but just needs checking before use. It's really good fun, if you're not too quick maybe a helmet and goggles for safety, get hit with the ball and it hurts. Will give an A but not A* as not perfect just close.

I love the idea of this toy - we have a ban on all ball games in our garden for the sake of the shed windows & the neighbours patience, so what better solution than a ball on a string?! Sadly 4 hours after first playing the elastic section is already breaking apart - possibly due to an over-enthusiastic 10 year old, but not a geat first day all the same! (What's he supposed to do - stroke it gently?) I think the base also needs a method of pegging it down as it doesn't hold that much water so wanders around the garden pretty easily. I can't be bothered with returning this so will be bodging something with bungees because the concept is so successful!

This is an excellent product. My 8 year old had one for Christmas and has not put it down since. It will easily fire the small bolts 20-30 feet, and at some speed too. The box doubles up as a target and has been placed in various spots around our house for target practice.We have seen shots from kneeling, standing, running and even rolling across the floor positions, usually coupled with crys of 'another bullseye Dad'. I recommend this to any budding marksman (or woman). Just remember to buy one for yourself because you won't get the one off of the kids.

What a grand game. Great to play in the back garden, take on holiday or down to the park. These come with a sturdy carry case as they are metal boules and quite heavy to carry all of them. When compared to the plastic variety, these are that bit more special and traditional. Lots of fun and something that everyone can have a go at. These are a good price, and these days it is probably the cheapest entertainment available that can be stored in the shed until next year.
