My son has always loved playing with toy cars or Scalextric racers. I saw this item and thought that a 1:10 scale model of his favourite car would be a welcome addition to his toy collection. I was therefore shocked that when the car arrived it was almost half a metre long! The Amazon pictures do not really do it justice. I saw a smaller scale model Ferrari car in the high street was double the price ??? All in all a very good buy and the fact that the car is radio controlled with working headlights is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

This item took 4 days to build so value wise extremely good as the smaller items (fish, owl and dragon boat) were built in a day. Doesn't matter though what the size or time it takes to do, my son loves building them - utilises his brain and encourages him to have a steady hand. Overall quite an educational building kit (not considered a toy as used as ornaments).
