Let's start with the bad - the stumps keep falling over and I too will have to find a way to prevent that happening. All games of this type have the same problem with achieving a flat smooth playing surface - without mounting it on hardboard (great for storage!). A warm iron on a damp cloth might do the job here. Scale is a bit of an issue too as the boundaries just keep on coming as the smallest nick will go for four but - to be fair to the designers - I cannot see how that could be easily overcome unless they triple the size of the playing surface. The good - players seem robust and well put together and the adjustable bowling action is a nice touch even if the batting is a bit one dimensional. Overall - not bad if it's raining ... Read More:

I love the idea of this toy - we have a ban on all ball games in our garden for the sake of the shed windows & the neighbours patience, so what better solution than a ball on a string?! Sadly 4 hours after first playing the elastic section is already breaking apart - possibly due to an over-enthusiastic 10 year old, but not a geat first day all the same! (What's he supposed to do - stroke it gently?) I think the base also needs a method of pegging it down as it doesn't hold that much water so wanders around the garden pretty easily. I can't be bothered with returning this so will be bodging something with bungees because the concept is so successful!

I bought this hairdryer last minute for a week's holiday abroad. It's small, light and easy to use. I tend to just blast my hair dry after a shower and it was perfect for the job. You may find it more difficult to manoeuvre when creating styles. I would definitely recommend it!

Good toy but I didn't realise how difficult this would be to put together. The frame was easy to bolt together with the allen key & spanner provided but stretching the elastic cord around the frame to attach the mat took ages & gave me a couple of blisters (it does recommend 2 adults do this part) but with an excited 4 yr old wanting to bounce & my husband at work I persevered.

Like the other reviews I agree that this is great fun and educational for the younger minds (and older ones too!!!) but the footpump supplied with the rocket is utter useless - it broke for me on the second depression; Do yourself a favour and buy your own pump to avoid disappointment
