Christmas day and my boys were chuffed to get this toy, then I set it up and all looked good and the kids loved it! Then, when I unplugged the handsets, the soldered end connectors snapped off and are now rattling about in the unit! Poorly manfactured handsets and a huge disappointment to my boys! I hanr returned it as it is now unusable.

Most of this set is very well built - nice chunky plastic and not too hard to put together. The plastic for the tunnel/shelter is crazy though as very thin - if they'd improve this the whole toy would have more appeal. You get quite a lot - buttons to press, things that move around etc. The only thing our 4 year old struggles with is gettign the train to in and out of the green hill - the arrows have to face a certain way. They also show all the trains on the picture which teases children. Not worth the RRP but at a bargain price a nice big set that went down very well.
