VHS : Starship Troopers [1998]
When I first saw this I thought the film was pretty silly, but now that I've seen it again I see why it's a true cult classic! Paul Verhoeven of Basic Instinct fame has a strange sense of humour. I love the fact that the film is set mainly in Buenos Aires, and the casting for this movie is perfect. All the actors are "robot-like" in appearance, like they've all had facelifts (they probably have). If you're tired and want a bit of mindless fun, this movie will do the trick.

2.Love, Lies And Murder [1991] starring: Clancy Brown, Sheryl Lee, Moira Kelly, Tom Bower, Ramon Bieri
directed by: Robert Markowitz

VHS : Deadly Pursuit [1988]
A top cast make this compelling thriller an excellent purchase. Poitier and Beringer trail a murderer across mountains, through forest and into the city where their roles of leader and follower are reversed. A timeless hit.

VHS : Flubber [1998]
Well, Flubber is one of the best movies I've ever watched! A professor invents an extremely bouncy kind of rubber, it gets out of control and breaks windows, when it comes back, the professor names it Flubber. He tries it on all kinds of different things, like golf balls, bowling balls, he uses it to win a basketball match and he even uses it to make cars fly. This is a hilarious treat for both children and adults, you will not want to throw it in the bin.

Excellent!

Thank you for reading my review.

VHS : Highlander [1986]
I remember this film with nostalgia, it was one of the first action films I saw when I was a kid, and the plot it intriguing. However on watching it again as an adult you realize just how crap it really is. The premise is still interesting, but the dodgy Scottish accents, rubbish acting (apart from the Kurgun guy who is still entertainingly over the top) and woefully choroegraphed sword fights ruin it.

The sword fights really are appalling, about as convincing as the acting in `Rome' the series, which is a shame as good action sequences could have saved this from my bin.

10.Cast A Deadly Spell starring: Fred Ward, Julianne Moore, David Warner, Clancy Brown
