VHS : Small Sacrifices [1988]
I worked on this trial as a member of the judicial staff in Oregon, so have personal experience of Diane Downs, the witnesses, prosecutor and defense counsel. Like everyone else, I was very dubious when I heard that a film was scheduled for production. I was very surprised that when the film was released, it was a very accurate reflection of what I witnessed in the six-week trial. In fact, the film of the trial was less dramatic than the trial itself, especially when daughter Christie testified, which remains the most dramatic moment I have ever witnessed. Farrah Fawcett did a superb job, although to this day I don't know why she adopted a southern accent, when Diane doesn't speak this way. If you have read Ann Rule's book of the same name, ... VHS : Stephen King's IT [1990]
This film requires a slightly sick mind but is a fantastic film. It's pure evil and has the perfect evil figure in it. I would recommend this to any horror movie fans. A classic film from Stephen King. A slightly disappointing ending but otherwise a top film. I will always have a fear of clowns now and avoid them if I see them. Listen to the drains if when you walk past them on the street. You may hear an evil clown laugh!

VHS : Ginger Snaps [2001]
Sister's Brigitte (Emily Perkins) and Ginger (Katherine Isabelle) are similar, yet different. Ginger is obsessed with death and the afterlife, while Brigitte is a little more out-going. Both are loners in school, which Ginger seems to take in stride, but Brigitte is a little more apprehensive about. They're parents (Mimi Rogers, John Bourgeois) are concerned for their weird behavior, and consider counseling for their daughters. Trying to pull a prank on a troublesome student at school results in Ginger being viciously attacked by a ravenous beast, but almost overnight her wounds have healed. She starts acting weird at school, hanging out with the wrong crowd and getting interested in boys. Brigitte sees this strange behavior as signs that Ginger is turning ... Read More:

VHS : Queen Of The Damned / Ginger Snaps / Interview With The Vampire [1994]
I've never really been the sort of person to sit down to a vampire film, but after being pestered at to see queen of the damned, I'm glad I saw it!! since I first saw the film 7 months ago I've seen it numerous times since and could recite the whole script to you now. This film is guaranteed to satisfy even the most negative of people. It's one of those films that you never ever get sick of, you could watch day after day. There is some brilliant acting coming from alliah and stuart, absolutely exellent. A compelling storyline which is almost believable and will have you on the edge of your seat the whole time. Brilliant!!
