This film is really good and once you've started watching it properly you have to watch it all the way to the end. It is about a little girl and her brother going on holiday to a lake in Canada with their father. The lake has its very own version of the Loch Ness Monster who befriends Ashley the young girl. Her father has no time to listen to Ashley and her brother thinks she is an idiot (basically!). The story is really compelling and you feel the emotions of the characters really well. If you like Joshua Jackson in Dawsons creek you'll love to watch this movie simply to see the actor when he was a young boy!!! Its not the best of all films but its still a good film to watch when you've got nothing better to do . . .

Its the usual formula. Take a bunch of no-hope football players, add a old coach and a never-was quarterback. The team magically turns into winners after the obligatory bar fight with the best team in the league. Everything about the plot, characters and action is humdrum. It is watchable but is completely inferior to "The Replacements" in every way. I couldn't honestly recommend this to anyone.

'When Harry Met Sally' is fundamentally a chick flick with a 'will they, won't they' storyline and yet it's smart and snappy dialogue elevates it to the classic it has now become. Focusing on the relationship dynamics between men and women and from the perspective of the cynical and jaded Harry (Billy crystal) and the optimistic, slightly naive Sally (Meg Ryan), this film offers so many humorous insights that it literally is one hilarious moment, followed by a touching moment, followed by a strangely insightful moment and then back to a humourous one again. this is based on the VHS version, but this film is about a young girl who wants her mother and father back together for christmas. her brother ethan tries his very hardest to help her with this. all the characters are loveable and i certainly cant have a christmas with out watching this movie!!
