This is a hilarious, slapstick gem. It has some of Allen's best lines, a few incredibly entertaining situations and is one of his funniest comedies. This is a very funny movie, strongly recommended.

Interesting film. Complex, if slightly annoying characters who tend to either argue, produce witty anecdotes or whine about how the sex in their relationship is non exsistant. Woody Allen gets on my nerves but I knew this was a film I had to watch as I slowly worked my way through the latest 'hundred greatest films' list, put together no doubt by a group of people who all know each other. I'm not sure why this is on the list but there are some comic moments and yes, although aggrivating, Woody Allen is strangly loveable by the end of the film, although his attitude to women is weirdly uncomfortable and stifling to watch, moving from break up to break up to marriage proposals within an hour and a half. One to watch, but I'm sure his genius is more widely ... Read More:

VHS : Ghostbusters 2 [1989]
If you're hoping to watch an action-comedy like the first Ghostbusters film, then you may as well forget about purchasing this one. There are a few vaguely funny moments, but the jokes are generally weak and simply not good enough to be funny. The "action" is practically non-existent until a short while before the end; and even then, we are forced to contend with some really embarrassing dialogue and acting from the main evil ghost. Oh, and Slimer only appears in this entire film for a few seconds! An utterly boring film, and a complete waste of what could've been a hilarious and fun sequel. Avoid!

This is an excellent western and a marvelous exposé of the bigotry of an era when many regarded Indians with the same contempt that unborn babies are seen today. To kill one, even as brutally and violently as Max Sand/Steve McQueen's mother's dies, is to do nothing wrong. As the son of an Indian mother and a white father, McQueen bridges the gap between the less-than-human Indian and the fully human white, when he seeks revenge for his mother and father's slaying.

Because Max has been reared in the wilderness, at the beginning of this film he's a blank slate, understanding nothing about either violence or the evil that violence can do to a man's soul, even when undertaken to revenge a wrong. Through most of the film, he uses and discards good people in the ... Read More:

I remember watching this film for the first time years back and loving it and although I still enjoyed it the second time around,I found that Ralph Macchio's acting let it down. His character just wasn't believable, the acting stilted and for some reason his 80's clothes and haircut made the film look dated.
The Vets roles were all very well acted and show the heartbreak and dislocation from every day life that I imagine a lot of these veterans must have felt on returning home after the war.
The ending is somewhat predictable but heartwarming all the same.
Overall, definitely worth a watch.
