Why use a lot of words to describe a motion picture that visualizes the subconscious? Suffice it to say that this is still David Lynch's best. An oneiric odyssey, the sort of troubling, never-ending dream one can have when suffering from a high fever, in which the most bizarre and seemingly hopeless situations nearly drive one to despair. So far, I've never seen another film evoking that sort of atmosphere so well. Strange yet familiar. Archetypal. ERASERHEAD is a unique work of art, a milestone in cinema. Don't try to understand or explain this film, open up your mind and simply undergo it, visit the dream world while being awake. An exceptional experience.

If you are a fan of the series, you will love this episode! Clever writing, fantastic characters and a great twist in the tale make this unmissable! It is definitely one of my favourites and I never tire of watching it. Also, it has probably the scariest killer of any Midsomer mystery! Don't miss this one!

This was the first Jerry Lewis film I ever saw and I thank it for introducing me to one of the greatest film comics of all time. Cinderfella is a great version of the classic fairy tale with all roles reversed. Jerry Lewis as the hard done by Cinderfella is just superb, and this film stands next to The Nutty Professor as one of his best and funniest. Look out for the ballroom entrance scene, interesting side note is that when Lewis enters the room, coming down the huge staircase, it was filmed in one take and improvised by the great man as it was shot. When he quickly exits up the same staircase, they were then forced to use the first (and only!) shot of that as he ran up the stairs so fast he had a heart failure when he got ... Read More:
