Im only 17years old and i am obsessed with Jane Austen! Ive watched both versions of Pride and Prejudice as it's my favourite of the Austen collection. I think Keira was better for the character Elizabeth Bennet for certain, but i think Colin firth was amazing at playing darcey as i find him so sexy, but Matthew Macfadyen created more chemistry between them both! I think in the newer version you can see the tension between them both all the time and your just shouting at the tv coz you get frustrated at them both. I think the newer version is sooo much better without a doubt, but the older one if still very good. Id personally prefer the newer one!!!!!

Not particularly for Lethal Weapon fans but a lovely gentle unfolding of a gentle story. It begins in a damp depressing London and end up in beautiful Italy. People, as well as the scenery are transformed and the memorable performances of Polly Walker and Miranda Richardson make for a memorable cinamatic experience. Buy the movie, you'll want to watch it more than once (or twice!).

I first watched this drama when I was about 10 years old and thought it was fantastic. I then watched it again a few weeks ago, and was ultimately surprised that this was available to buy, I had no idea. I am definately going to buy it. Alex Kingston should definately be commended for her excellant performance as Moll, A great drama definately worth watching. I can almost guarantee that 90% of people will watch it again and again.

I must confess that, as of writing this review, I have yet to see the animated Disney feature "101 Dalmatians". I really have to wonder, though, how Disney came to acquire the notion that making a live-action equivalent would be a good idea. But the result is certainly entertaining enough to stand for its own merits. The story is the same as in the animated movie; that of fur-obsessed fashion guru Cruella DeVil stealing Dalmatian puppies from married couple Anita and Roger (Jolie Richardson and Jeff Daniels, the latter not even attempting to adopt an English accent), in order to make a coat out of them. I admit it, I bought this because smg was in it. But don't judge my review on this fact alone: I am a harsh critic, and this is a superb film. The direction is well done, but I have never seen a film about drug taking more realisticly portrayed, or more brilliantly showing the paranoia. The film is fragmented and dillusional, showing how great directors use film as a means of expression, not simply telling a story. One of the greatest whim buys I ever made.
