I just watched this the other day, for old times sake. It was brilliant - better than I remembered. Whoever said that you can outgrow disney couldn't have been more wrong. I laughed and laughed along with my friend, and even if we were laughing at new found jokes, it didn't matter. It's definately worth buying. But if you're older, watch it with a friend to make it more enjoyable.

VHS : Freddy Got Fingered [2001]
I can honestly say that I feel this film should be destroyed and sent to somewhere far, far away from all human life.

I have never seen anything so disgusting, degrading, and insulting in my whole life. I love comedy films - I'm a big fan of Frasier, Scrubs, Family Guy, Black Books, Spaced etc etc... but this is not comedy. It's nowhere near funny. I watched this when I was drunk, and not one laugh escaped my lips. Like many other reviewers, I don't normally give negative reviews (I managed to sit through 'The Village', after all) but I just had to ward people away from ever attempting to view this film. It's a good 87 minutes of your life that you will never, ever get back.

Anyone who thinks this is humorous is a moron. Please, ... Read More:

This film is about a young poker player (Steve McQueen), in the 1960s, who has the reputation of being one of the best stud poker players around. But, in order to prove himself, The Cincinnati Kid has to face the ultimate battle in a showdown against the ultimate player.

Although the concepts of poker in the film are still useful today, the reason I only gave it four stars is because it is very dated and old-fashioned. However, it is an interesting film with some great poker action and is definitely worth buying.

I have loved this movie since I was a child when I first saw it. I tried to keep it on tape as I had recorded it and watches it repeatedly until it was taped over. A warm, moving film that has you in tears. It shows the intricacies of parent/ child relationships and the need for communication. Great cast and a movie that is MISUNDERSTOOD. A movie not to be missed if you are a weepie movie fan.

7.Men In Black II [2002] starring: Will Smith, David Cross, Tommy Lee Jones, Rip Torn, Lara Flynn Boyle

VHS : Men In Black II [2002]
I don't mind them making a cash-in sequel to the witty and fun "MIB", but they could at least make it funny. MIB II is a complete flop. It is dull, tedious and totally unfunny. The clever wit and charisma of the first film are gone. Everyone is just going through the motions. You sit there hoping it will liven up when Tommy Lee Jones enters the film (it takes 40 minutes for him to arrive. It does lighten up a bit, but not enough to make the film worthwhile. Avoid.

i watched this film a few years ago and tried to buy it on region 2 dvd, its never been available on region 2, so i bought it on region 1 and ended up buying a multi region dvd player just to watch it! its so funny, my fav part is when he is taking a test and he can hear much much louder than anyone else due to getting paid to be a guinea pig in scientific tests and the sound of everyones pencils writing at the same time is deafening to him. starring one of my fav actors marlon wayons.

Why is Amazon displaying the same reviews for the region 1 and 2 version of this film. The region 1 version (blue cover) totally outclasses the region 2 version (white cover)!!

First let me say I absolutely love this film, and I'd give it an easy 5 star review. However this review is for the region 2 version (white cover).

I suppose this is the one for me to review, seeing as how I'm from the UK.

Sadly this version is truely awful!!

First off, the sound and picture quality is crap. There's no way this is 'digitally mastered'.

Secondly, the overall presentation is poor, no special features in sight. As if they couldn't be bothered to make an effort for this package. They didn't even add the ... Read More:
