I just love Rosemary Conley! I have brought so many fitness video's and dvd's, and i always end up back with Rosemary! I think this workout is her best one, as it is not so hard you give up but at the same time you end up sweating! Also, the routines are really easy to learn and there actually quite enjoyable too! Definately worth a try, esspecially as you can buy it so cheaply! Jayne

I have many exercise DVD's, some celebrity, some with the music I like, some on trend but this has got to be the best ever. Rosemary Connelly does not mess about with silly fancy moves that you cant get, she doesnt switch moves quickly so that you miss them but she works out sensibly and at an easy pace, with good instructions letting you know to go onto the next move before you actually do it and with easy listening music that goes with the moves. The aerobic workout really gets your pulse going and then the body toning is excellent, easy and really does target all areas, she warms you up stretches the muscles and then cools you down with stretches at the end too so that you are not left all achy at the end of it. ... I like the simplicity and pace of the exercises as I can't take hectic aerobics, but she uses the same 3 or 4 steps/movements over and over again. It needs a lot more variety. I've only used the video for a week, and I'm bored stupid with it already. It's almost like she hasn't got any imagination.

The two sessions provide workouts for beginners & intermediates. They last about half an hour and the second session is good to do before mixing with another, say a toning vid. Or to do on its own if you're stuck for time.

During my first pregnancy I wanted to keep fairly fit and hoped this video would do the job..it didn't! While I realise this video needs to cater for pregnant women I did it when I was eight months and found it was slow moving and unsatisfying. The session took ages to complete and I did not feel any better for doing it.

This was the first exercise video I bought and have used this regularly for 5 years, mixing with other RC vids and Keli Roberts on a weekly basis. This is energising and is one of the longest aerobic routines that Rosemary does. The aerobic routine is easy to do and gets the heart pumping. There is a long warm up session that at first, as she suggests, I used as my beginner's routine. It doesn't take long before you get to do the whole lot. It lasts just under an hour and you do feel as if you've had a great workout.

delighted with the tape, easy to follow, several levels to follow, and time left shown on screen, which is very helpful. i have lost weight after a couple of weeks, and my waist measurment has reduced. my diabetic nurse is very happy with my progress, and has told me to continue. i will i know i won't get bored with the exercises, you can mix and match to suit the time you have to spare.

I've had this video for about 5 years now and I always keep coming back to use it again. The video is made up of six sections focusing on hips & thighs, lower body, upper body, abs, arms and back. I love the fact that each section has its own warm-up and because each section is only 10 minutes long, it means I can fit in a section whenever I have the time. Although the exercises are fairly simple, they are definately effective and help me lose a couple of pounds whenever I need to. I would recommend this video to everyone as it really helps tone the body!

The dvd is fine, but the moves are slightly boring after a while,quite repetitive and dated. On the good side, she explains clearly where you are going next so you don't get lost.
