VHS : Slipper and the Rose
This is a truly enchanting musical version of the Cinderella story. I first watched this as a young girl and I've recently watched the DVD a number of times. I was amazed that even though over 10 years have passed I remembered most of the story, including song lyrics and dialogue...obviously it made a big impression on me the first time around! Watching the film as an adult is a real treat. There is a lavish quality to every aspect - from the beautiful costumes to the stunning landscape and gauzy cinematography. It makes me laugh and it makes me cry and, by the end, I'm cheering!

The Slipper and The Rose is the kind of film that appeals to adults as well as children. There are many funny jokes and clever songs that are great to ... Read More:

VHS : Lady And The Tramp 2 - Scamp's Adventure [2001]
Lady and the Tramp two is the best! It is really good, and the animation is brilliant. It makes a big empression on yourself after you finish watching it. What is that person on the other review on about? It does so say the names of Lady and Tramp's three girl puppies! Look at the credits! Annette, Colette and Danielle! Love the characters and the songs are wonderful and perfect for all the family! It makes you feel wanted and learn
to appreciate your family, not just take them for granted.

*&* Love it! It's definatly better the Little Mermaid 2

VHS : All Dogs Go To Heaven [1989]
this is a heartwarming film about an orphan girl and a dog charlie who is sent back from heaven to do a good deed.
now when i was young and living in a world where it was perfectly normal for little girls to talk to dogs that run bars this was the only film i would watch repeatedly and even now at the age of 16 this film can do no wrong.
This is one of those special films that can get you in all the right places, the good charactors are loveable and heroes in anyones eyes, the bad guys are easy to despise and oh so scary, the songs are catchy and the ending still brings a tear to my eye ( but lets not spoil it for you).
overall this is a film which i swear you can enjoy whatever age you are and is a film that you will never forget!

VHS : The Black Hole [1979]
The premise for this movie is good. Even the characterisation is not bad, however, the plot seems to have large periods of meandering without purpose. Having built a fantastic set, created a wonderful villain, the crew of heroes are fairly bland and characterless. Also some of the dialogue could be tightened. Not as fun as some other films from the era (Battlestar Galactica, Flash Gordon) but with an interesting premise. Definitely recommended for fans of 2001 - a Space Odyssey, although it achieves nothing of the intensity of that movie.

VHS : Gargoyles - The Movie (Disney)
firstly i have noticed that no one here seems to state if they have watched this as a child.... I have!. and it was incredible to bring back the true feelings and emotions that disney can create and conseal within such a small thing such as a tape. me and my brother were great fans of gargoyles, and we both decided to sit down to watch this....only to find we still are!. so i would have to say for anyone reading this review, the compelling storyline and attractive picture motion really brings this to life, whether its the film, or your old memorys.
reccomend if you have not seen this and reccomend even more if you have! it really brings back the magic that disney has captured in its videos.

Because Gulliver is not only a story for little children, but at the same time a very ironical satire on social conditions, also adult viewers will find their pleasure.
