VHS : Lily Savage - Live And Outrageous [1995]
Lily Savage, the queen of "alternative" England, dazzles the audience with her live repertoire of stories. They are topical, relevant to society and, oh yes, HILARIOUS!
From her encounters with Heathrow cleaning staff, to her experiences on the Richard and Judy show, to her opinions on, well, everything, she is funny, witty and (as the title states) outrageous.
Having only seen her once or twice here on Australian t.v, I was keen to see more. I'm so glad I got this video.

If you are a die hard Lily fan, or just a casual observer, or even if you're just looking for a good laugh, this tape will have you in stitches from the word go. I reccomend this to everyone. Great Work Lil, keep it coming!

Really enjoyed this film. It's not going to engage your brain much but its the type of film to keep you amused on a rainy day. There are some good comic moments and Reese Witherspoon and Paul Rudd are a good double act. Worth watching.

VHS : Sir Henry At Rawlinson End [1980]
Great fun for a small part of a very exclusive family to enjoy ecstatically. A test of how surreal a film can be, making Salvador Dali's/Luis Bunuel's 'Un Chien Andalou'look as self explanatory as a Disney film. I'd recommend it to anybody, especially my psychiatrist. Portraying a variety of hateable characters in a loveable way, this film never fails to show Vivian Stanshall's true genius. That of Sir Henry.
Definitely give it a go. Don't expect to understand the plot, though.

VHS : The First Wives Club [1996]
A dynamite cast and a great script make a great comedy, and The First Wives Club is just that. Having Goldie Hawn, Bette Midler and Diane Keaton together for a picture should guarantee that the film is going to be something special, and it is, a witty, breezy comedy about women getting even with their philandering spouses. Although the film can be perceived as very anti-men, it manages to even out the put-downs with some sparkling humour, even though the men in this film are portrayed as not very bright creatures. Another reason to watch it is the amazing supporting cast of first rate players, ranging from Maggie Smith and Sarah Jessica Parker, to Stephen Collins and the great Stockard Channing in a brief but memorable role (she plays too many ... VHS : Dunston Checks In [1996]
I have seen this film several times now, and each time i watch it i enjoy it even more. It dosen't have the best acting in the world, nor the best storyline, but it's fun and entertaining all the same.

It's about a loveable Orangutan called Dunston who checks into one of the best hotels in America, and before long has the place turned upside down. Kyle, the managers son is determined to help the monkey escape his evil owner and find a better home for him.

As i have said before, the acting isn't great in this film, but as it's designed for children, it dosen't really have to be anything special. They will be too amazed by Dunston the Orangutan and what he gets up to, to notice.

In some films which have animals starring ... Read More:
