I like the simplicity and pace of the exercises as I can't take hectic aerobics, but she uses the same 3 or 4 steps/movements over and over again. It needs a lot more variety. I've only used the video for a week, and I'm bored stupid with it already. It's almost like she hasn't got any imagination.

This is fairly straight forward and easy workout. That said, it is effective and has its place in a collection if you mix it with perhaps a half an hour cardio/aerobic/step vid beforehand to get the muscles warm and feel as if you've had a decent workout as this would finish it off with the toning.

I first watched this dvd and felt that it was too hurried but after practising with it a few times, I found the pace perfect. I really enjoy doing this routine as the poses are quite standard but are also held for a few breaths. I also like Kisen's positive encouragement and safety tips. This dvd is not for beginners really but if you do find it too much at first, don't give up on it as we improve with each practice and it will come eventually.

Please don't waste your money on this DVD. Jade can't dance at all. Her instructions are annoying, the movements are boring and she can't even execute the moves properly. I own alot of Dance DVDs and Dance workout DVDs and this is definately the worst one I have seen.
