My brother had this on N64, and I've played every Mario Party game thanks to my brother and my g/f who has had the 2 before 7 came out. They are all great games, excellent ideas used within the games, but Mario Party 2 ws the best in my opinion! It had excellent smooth graphics, the fun factor seems higher than the others, the mini games are brilliant and the controls are superb! Back in the late 90's four play was brilliant and was on this game! Was hardly out of the console! Number 8 will be tried later on Wii but if you have the N64 and fancy a retro multiplayer, this is the party game to get!

This game is completly differnt to tetris if you are trying to complete the marathon or ultra modes - the marthon mode is the most challenging and involves devolping a 'system 'which can get a little tedious but theres nothing more satisfying than knowing your've held out for over an hour.The gold and silver blocks add a whole new element to the game which already assume you to be very proficient at the basics. This is like tetris on crack-good luck.

Wow!!! Where do I start? This game is fantastic and definetly worth your money. Its got everything, a great two-player mode, lots of one player options to keep you entertained and Pokemon. What more could you want?
