Rented it last week and completed it within days. Far too easy and repetitive. Loved it at the start but looking back, it really not the game I hoped for. I recommend renting it for a couple of days before spending your hard earned money on it!

I was dying to get this game for the months preceding the release and whem i got it I was somewhat dissapointed. Don't get me wrong, its fun and all but there is a sense that all of the skill has been removed from the game, for example you no longer need to control the power slides with the option to use automatic drift. I do like the new found ability to do tricks and to use motor cycles. The online play is brilliant, the only way they could have made it better would have been to include voice chat but then that would ruin the game for some people. The thing i have always liked about mario-kart games is that amazing levels are met with amazin names and music, I'm not impressed with nintendo's attempts to do that this time, oh well.

When it got this game I thought it was brilliant after 2 months I still thought it was brilliant. BUT after 3 months this game was pretty average the reason being the lack of events, yea sure I got hundreds of world records but there is just NOT ENOUGH EVENTS!!!!!! The graphics are very good there are some good characters to choose from, there are some dream events which are quite fun that you can't have anywhere else. Another thing with the game is that if you get a world record on 2 player mode it doesn't count, for example I threw 113 meters on javelin in 2 p mode when the record is only 98 meters and it says 'new world record on the results table but when you start again next time you play it will be 98 meters!

Just take my advice GET SUMMER ... Read More:

i've been a Star Wars fan ever since I can remember. having watched the first movie well over 100 times i guess that makes you a fan.

But on the games side, it's a love / hate relationship. Sometimes Lucasarts comes out with some amazing games like Knights of the Old Republic (1&2) and sometimes things that aren't so good. Force Unleashed (FU) is somewhere between both.

The good:

- Very polished graphics
- superb representation of the worlds
- Great use of force powers
- Pretty good physics engine with regards to how the game plays

The ugly:

- Extremely linear storyline (ie zero thinking. follow the arrow, kill the lvl boss, move on)
- Originality of story is mixed at ... Read More:

Where is the amzing soundtrack in previous titles fun missions customising your character, parachutes, planes, celeb voice overs and humour. The cars handle awfull. I feel cheated just ordered san andreas and gta 1 to lighten up my days- THIS GTA SUCKS BADLY trust me

This is a really good game. I'd heard fab reviews on it so I bought it myself. It arrived quite slowly but I'd not picked express so nevermind.
At first, you watch a little video, explaining what's going on. Then you pick the first part of world one and carry on going. You can't change charactor, you have to be Mario, but then it makes sense. The games are mixed difficulty; some are easy and some are hard. It does get annoying because if you get stuck on a part of a world, you have to complete it before getting onto the next part. There are 8 worlds all together. In each world there is about 10 levels. Each world is set in a different place including, Desert, Space and a more homey setting. I wouldn't get this game if you get easily irritated with not being able ... Read More:

What else is there to say? It works. It does its job (very well), there are thousands of codes for (probably) every single DS game imaginable. It's easy to use, and effective.

The reason I gave it a 4 in the fun rating is because it's NOT fun typing in codes that can have potentially 100 charcters into your DS, but luckily you can copy and paste it into the software that came with it, which saves a lot of tedious tapping with the stylus.

The only problem I had is when I plugged it into my PC, sometimes the software didn't recognise it, but this could be because I was using Vista, and it's designed for XP. So Vista users, beware. It works, but it takes some fiddling.

Great product overall, and came in very useful.

Well what a game. its got good gameplay and graphics are really flashy. I has all the glitz of Super Mario 64. But one anoying thing the control is crap. You should be able to use classic controller for this game. like all the new games have. it would be perfect. so shame about that. its a awesome game.

well done nintendo but shame on you for the control. yes you get used to it eventually after hours of playing.
