This was the first game me and my sister bought (we went halfers on it) and i have to say we were excited abut it. First, let me say, in my opinion, is good about it... 1) The variety of puzzles: I liked how many different puzzles were in here, especially the maths puzzles (i ot down to 15 seconds for 30 and 45 for 100) and did see a big improvement on my maths. The clock challenge makes you think, but my personal favourite is sudoku. Before, i couldn't get into it, now i love it and i look forward playing to it. 2) The tests: the tests you take beofre you start and during your progress, although you have to enter it manually, and think that it would have been better if test were done in timed intervals. The DS Lite is fantastic. Slim, with bright screens and a good balance between power and battery life. The speakers aren't as good as the older DS, but it doesn't really matter. But, you could make it a pocket Cray supercomputer for I care; it has one major fault. The hinge will not break unless you open and close the console very frequently; I used to play on mine three times a day and listen to MP3s which meant the hinge would cycle 5-6 times a day. A year later, the right hinge came off. And oh, boy, what have we here? The rachet that locks the screen open is only in the right hinge. So all the stress is on the right hinge. The pink Nintendo DS.. I got a Nintendo DS in december 07,by April 2008 i had sold it on. I really, really wanted one and when i got it was completly addicted to it,perfect for when your partners watching the football! The Games appealed to me and i loved that i could take it anywhere and loved how it looked..but then i started to get bored because the games were too short and easy and i ended up not playing on it because i had completed all the games. I think i found i was too old for it at 20 and it was better for younger children as the games were too easy and childish. I would recommend it for children 100% as its great fun and educational. Since I bought this game for my 4 year old two weeks ago, he does nothing else. He is hooked on the game and now my husband had joined in. They race each other on different ds consoles. Great stuff!!

Great fun, just as good as the wii version, if you have a ds and not this game then you are missing out.

This a great puzzle pack......BUT I do find it very difficult to get it actually to get to the puzzle or game.The opening list of things to press to tell the DS to start up the chosen game seems to be over complicated.I do sometimes find I spend more time getting the thing up and running,hence have lost much playing time,and I certainly cannot pick it up casually play a short game or do a crossword unless I have plenty of time.Once it is in the puzzle mode all is fine......but then I am loathed to switch it off knowing I will have to go through the whole drama to start it up again !!!!!

I just got this game today and am hooked already. As an older Nintendo fan (40 something), I don't play all the shoot 'em up or beat the clock type games. I like games that I can play at my leisure and think about. This is definitely the one to have. Got it hooked up to my wireless internet easily and was playing backgammon with someone in no time. It's not one of those games where once you play to the end, you're done. Lots of variety and I'm sure it will keep me entertained for hours, days, even months to come.
