Video Games : Commandos 3: Destination Berlin (PC)
Commandos 3: Destination Berlin was the latest instalment in the Commandos series, I had hoped that this game would be as good as the other titles but sadly I was disappointed with this title, this was given to me as a birthday present a few years ago. The game is good and the graphics are very smooth and clear, but my grievance is the lack of levels, as there are only four levels and I'd completed the game within two days. Good attempt but it just wasn't what I was expecting!

Video Games : Final Fantasy VIII
This is definatley one of the best final fantasys ever. Bad graphics on the computer version, admittedly, but they cant hide a great game. With fully customisably characters(exept weapon types), it is one of the most in depth systems i've seen. Legendary developers, legendary characters, legendary game.

Video Games : Chili Con Carnage (PSP)
This game was one of the reasons I bought the PSP slim for. The gameplay was brilliant and I really enjoyed what I have seen so far of the game. There is however one major flaw for me and that is I couldn't get beyond level 2-1. After defeating the mad `Mama' with her demented chickens I saved the game and switched it off for the night. The next night I switched the PSP back on and loaded up the game only to find that when the load indicator reached half way it stopped loading and then the whole PSP switched itself off. After several attempts the same thing happened, so I ordered a second copy of the game from a different store. With the same results. I then tried my friends PSP, which is one of the old style systems, and it worked fine. ... Read More:

154.Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen 2 from: Eidos

Video Games : Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen 2
Blood Omen 2 has to be one of the finest action/adventure games on the PS2; from it's absolutely gorgeous gothic environments, eerie soundtrack, in-depth and compelling storyline and the best voice acting ever in a video game.

Arguably, the advantage that BO2 has over the Soul Reaver games is its linear layout; i.e; starting at the beginning of a level and moving forward to the end; anywhere you're not supposed to go it won't let you, so you never get lost.

The puzzles are quite challenging, but never tedious and the combat is excellent fun. Having to constantly drink the blood of both the enemies and townsfolk to survive adds an interesting challenge to the game, in a similar fashion to Raziel's Soul Devouring in the Soul ... Read More:

Video Games : Richard Burns Rally (Xbox)
Just a quick review to add a few points. This is by far the most realisic rally game ever made (that comment would also apply to the PC and PS2 versions). It's not for casual gamers though, it's very hard especially on a gamepad, but it's even hard on the PC on my wheel/pedals. I would get an xbox wheel for this if I were you (assuming it supports them).

The hard bit isn't getting times, merely staying out of the trees is hard. If you don't enter the corners at the right speed, you will crash. Braking distances are realistic, you have to apply the power smoothly or the tail steps out widly, and you have to apply the brakes smoothly or they'll lock. You also need a delicate touch with the steering to keep the car pointing the right way. Ontop of ... Read More:

I really enjoyed completing this game. It was quite tricky in places but mostly easy. Everyone coments on it's realism, but i wish in games like this, when youre in paris streets there are people walking around to give it a more realistic atmosphere like GTA.

Video Games : Championship Manager: Season 02/03
Well first of all let me just say that if you like football manager games then this is the game for you!! Champ Man 02-03 recreates the atmosphere that would be experience by a real manager. The immense tension is there, whether in the Champions League final or in the last game of the season and you need points to get out the relegation zone. This game has it all. The transfers are so reallistic. A player wont come to a club if the clubs reputation isnt good. You will need to negoitae reallistic contracts with players if you want them to come. Seriously mark my work, this game is just too good.

Well i belive personally, that the xbox version is much better than the Pc version. Firstly you wont be saving so much memory on to your pc hard drive and secondly you wont be spoling ... Read More:

Rogue Trooper won't take you long to complete, but it's a great ride getting there and you'll be replaying quickly without a doubt.
This is a third-person sci-fi shooter which bases it's gameplay heavily on use of cover and the various futuristic weapons available. The cover system is very responsive and when you look at it in context well ahead of it's time, you'll duck down behind cover, pop up and take a few shots or throw a grenade, then pop back down before you get killed, there's enough health to let you deal some damage but not enough to sustain persistent run-and-gun tactics. You're always outnumbered and you're enemies will utilize cover in much the same way, gun battles are very intense and it's easy to get really sucked into them.
The futuristic technology comes in the ... Read More:
