I almost pity the Metroid Prime : Corruption developers. They've turned out what is, quite simply, the single most polished, detailed and engrossing game on the Wii. Yet their efforts were always destined to be overshadowed by more mainstream (and frankly inferior) titles like Twilight Princess and Super Mario Galaxy. Relegating their hard work to the second rate status of a mere 'sleeper hit', when in fact, Metroid Prime : Corruption is without a doubt the finest title to grace the Wii so far.

Sonically, graphically and immersively it is without equal on the platform. The team at Retro Studios have put together the first title to truly exhibit the graphical capabilities of the Wii and they've wrapped that visual polish around a ... Read More:

When I first got this game I didn't play on it much but when I got the hang of it I stated playing on it a lot more. You have to play on it a lot though to get far and when I got married and had a child on it it suddenly became a bit boring. I think this game is a good chill out game
because you can look after your animals, plant crops, dig in mines, cook and even play some mini games. I think that this game is for a girl or a boy who likes farming or just looking after animals.
13 months after my game got deleted. It is very easy for this game to get deleted...

53.Pokémon LeafGreen (GBA) from: Nintendo
October 01, 2004
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Video Games : Pokémon LeafGreen (GBA)
It's a long game; with plenty to do and see. Many islands to visit and battles to fight. I was very pleased when I found that this game has all the pokemon from the first series (Blue and Red) and unlike the previous games you can migrate these pokemon onto Diamond and Pearl.
This helped alot when it game to those darn legendaries.
Also it isnt a game to be completed in a few minutes; there is always something new to do, new pokemon to catch.
Admittedly the graphics arent as good as they could have been but so what; it's just a bit of fun?

As a fan of the resident evil games and having completed most of them, i have to say that this game is very much faster and at times a bit more exciting. As you progress through the game the enemies get faster and more numerous which i always craved from the previous games! After all, the puzzles were challenging in previous games but the enemies were generally a no-brainer when it came to combat. Chronicles goes in the opposite direction and the puzzles consist of little more then pressing certain buttons or shaking the controllers at certain times, if you can call them puzzles, but the enemies start of easy but get alot harder!
I have to admit i found it alittle tedious on single player, but its alot more fun on 2-player!
i also find the ... Read More:

This is a great game and it doesn't matter how bad your handwritting is cos you can play without ever writing a number!!!
Only problem is if you are buying a second hand copy I have not found a way to delete the previous persons record. All the games are still open and you can fully enjoy it so it is not a realy problem but if you like to track yourself you need a new copy.

56.Link's Crossbow Training (inc. Wii Zapper) (Wii) from: Nintendo
December 07, 2007
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Video Games : Link's Crossbow Training (inc. Wii Zapper) (Wii)
The zapper itself is solid and feels like it's made of good quality materials. It's cleverly designed as well, keeping the nunchuck lead snugly wrapped up in the rear handle, where it contributes to the weight and balance of the zapper. Like other people who have reviewed it, however, I think that the two-handle design feels a bit awkward, regardless of whether you have your right hand at the front on the trigger, or at the back on the nunchuck stick. I find that my arms and hands ache after using it for about 30 minutes, because you have to bend your elbows-in and wrists-out to keep your hands in-line on the two handles.

The best part of this package is the game, Link's Crossbow Training: ironic since it's a pretty simple collection of mini ... Read More:

This is the reason you buy a Wii (and Wii sports of course). Some of the games are so zany you just think 'what the ?!?!'. It is very funny and entertaining and has you jumping around the room doing the different 'forms' with your remote. Really good to play with friends but you can also have a laugh on your own trying to unlock everything. Kids might find some of the games a bit tricky (hell I found some of the games tricky!) but on the whole its pretty straight forward. It tells you how to hold the remote and you just go for it!. Highly recommended!.

Bought this product for use with my Wii and was impressed at how easy it was to set up. Installed first time, but then the next day it stopped working. The device simply isn't recognised by the computer - have tried re-installing drivers to no avail. Un-installed the device and now cannot install afresh - very annoying!

Mario Strikers Charged is an AWESOME game! A huge advantage is that you can play online, and it was the first online game you could play on the wii.

WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT :
The very basics of football: you need to score more goals than you conceed, but with our nintendo characters as players and a no-foul policy. Also, there are crazy stadiums (some resembling obstacle courses!) and a ball that charges itself to give more power to shots and passes... (!)
This means each team has an artillery of weapons and moves in its different (or same) characters, who have individual skills and strenghts. The team is composed of:
a goalkeeper, same for every team, incredibly agile and quite unrealistic, making it impossible to score unless the ... Read More:

I like this game. I havent finished it yet but felt i wanted to review. It's very much a serious adventure so perhaps kids wouldnt find it that 'fun'. The graphics are unique and i really liked the way the people are animated. It has a deep storyline that sucks you in and some logical puzzles. Its a nice break from colourful Mario type games. There arent many good adventure games around on the DS so id recommend this one. Should keep you occupied for a while!
