Video Games : Buzz! Junior: RoboJam - Solus (PS2)
Having played Robojam, Jungle party and Monster Rumble, found Robojam to be my personal favourite. All three games are very similar in their format although the games themselves are variants, but its all round fun, the nice thing with these games is that the younger family members can also play, some games require skill (albeit not that much) but some are a game of chance, the other nice thing is that it can be played by one person alone or up to 4. All in all its good fun and we enjoy playing it.

Video Games : Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
I am very much into the stealth games, and it has to be said, MGS and Splinter Cell are at the forefront of the genre. Having owned the first Splinter Cell I felt like checking out the competition and I have to say I was very impressed. They are both very similar yet manage to set themselves apart from eachother.
Firstly, Splinter Cell's use of shadows and silence drew me in but with MGS there perhaps isn't as much pressure resting on this.
MGS has to be one of the most visually stunning games for the PS2. The realsim is immense e.g. When you come inside from the raining outdoors you leave footprints which guards are actually suspicious of. I feel that the storyline somewhate ruins the game, it is very unrealistic towards the end ... Read More:

Video Games : Scrabble 2005 Edition (PC CD)
This game reminds me of when I used to play it with my eight year old son who invented words in order to use up his letters. Your virtual opponent, even if a novice, always has enough letters to make sizeable words, half of which do not appear in any dictionary. It is even happy to place words parallell to others thus creating two or three random two letter words. My exasperation threshold was reached after two games!
Don't waste your money!

This is one of the most dificult games I have played, but somehow although it was well written and the puzzles were in the main logical unlike the previous Sherlock Holmes games I could not relate to the characters. There may be one bug where I was stuck in the Director's office and could not access the map, tried a walkthrough and had done everything, eventually helped by the folk at "gameboomers" with a save file. The only other comment is that some of the hot spots were extreemly dificult to find.
Only 3 stars as I did not enjoy it very much but it certainly made me think and it was a satisfyingly long game.

66.Pikmin (GameCube) from: Nintendo

Video Games : Pikmin (GameCube)
This game IS what the gamecube is remembered for! and now it has the chance of a second lease of life from people playing in on the Wii. I have never come across a game like this before. The graphics are fantastic and i love the little touches with the Pikmin noises! although the noise they make as they drown or get burnt by fire is a little heartbreaking!. At times it can be frustrating as you realise you have navigated your way across a tough terrian to find one of the ships parts but havent got enough Pikmin to carry it back! *whoomph* thats the sound of throwing the controller on the floor!. You HAVE to try this game out. Its cute, clever and crazy! you will fall in love with the little Pikmins as they follow you round wide eyed and theres plenty of humour ... Read More:

I researched a number of keyboards before buyying and finally settled on the MERC Stealth and cannot say I have been disappointed at all. The dedicated directions pad is essential for FPS gamers and once you become accustomed to the layout and configuration you definitely improve your performance for switching weapons and employing grenades etc.

Another plus is the colour LEDS on the keys as I prefer a darker room to game in, it makes essential for that quick glance at the keyboard. As another review said though the colour effectiveness varies by day/night, Red is better in the dark and purple better during the day.

The main Qwerty keys aren't too bad for general use and typing so if you're not a heavy user then they should be fine. If yout type ... Read More:

I was hoping this game would be a fun addition to the Buzz range. Really awful. Once you start a game, there seems no way of stopping it. It doesn't work at all how you'd expect. Very disappointing, do avoid. I shall be selling this game shortly on Amazon Marketplace, so if you don't want to heed my warning, feel free to buy my Used Once title ;)

This game goes along the same lines as the previous ones, but they all have different takes on the games. One big difference with this one is that you can play in teams, quite good if you have younger children who perhaps cant manage some of the games, as some require skill and some are a game of chance. All in all the Buzz Junior games are great family fun, nothing heavy, personally prefer Robojam, but this comes a close second for me.
