Video Games : Tom & Jerry: War of the Whiskers
I really liked this game, it's just lots of fun bashing Tom or Jerry (depending on who you chose to be) with all manner of household objects and generally being brutal to eachother. If you're a fan of the cartoons, or just a small child, you will absolutely love this.

Video Games : Ratchet & Clank
Even though I never bought this game off amazon, I bought this game a while ago and there's just one word to describe it - brilliant.

It's like Sony's version of The Legend Of Zelda, only set in the future. At the beginning of the game, clank crash lands on ratchet's home planet, veldin. Ratchet goes to get clank, who's sleeping. As soon as clank wakes up, he shows ratchet an infobot, showing ratchet about an evil plan by Supreme Executive Chairman Drek which is about him destroying all the planets in the solana galaxy. In the game, you explore 19 massive worlds, full of things to do. Mostly in the game, you play as ratchet, but at 2 parts in the game (yes, 2 - isn't enough) you get to play as clank. You get loads of weapons and gadgets, fighting ... Read More:

THE ENJOYMENT
if i didn'tlike my ps2 so much i would have thrown it out the window. rollercoaster building is so bad i cant bellieve it. it limits your height and it even lets you go underground then when you say finished it says you can't have it so you have to delete all the track after that part to change one particular thing its just so annoying. you dont even build it on the ground at first you go into this wierd blueprint thingy. i played it for 10 minutes then i got bored.i wouldn't even class it as a game it feels like work. even if your lucky enough to finish a ride you take it for a test run and someone either goes missing, throws up, passes out, gets nausea, ... I agree with other reviews more or less. I too am an ardent Spyro fan and been. When the new series by Krome and Sierra came out, I was excited. The first game had it's ups and downs but mostly was good. But this is just a desaster!

Spyro the Eternal Night really takes the weaknesses of the first game and makes them weaker! One thing that really annoyed me was that the lighting was awful. Entering this one dungeon that's kinda dark, not even messing with the brightness and contrast on my TV did much to help. It's so dark you can barely see a yard in front of you, and you can't tell an enemy is coming until it's on you! Turn up the brightness all the way and all you get is darkness PLUS an extra fog lense.

Gameplay, too, get's real old real ... Read More:

127.Crash Bandicoot 3 - Platinum (PS) from: Sony Computer Entertainment UK
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Video Games : Crash Bandicoot 3 - Platinum (PS)
As the title says, it's the least enjoyable of the PSone Crash games although thats nothing to be ashamed of and it still clearly warrants a 5 star rating. The Wumpa Bazooka is a great idea, the Motorcycle levels however are not. This is the easiest Crash (except the stupid Motorcycle) levels, but it still has longevity and is definitely worth purchasing if you haven't played it before. Naughty Dog just don't fail to disappoint.

128.Pikmin (GameCube) from: Nintendo
June 14, 2002
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Video Games : Pikmin (GameCube)
This game IS what the gamecube is remembered for! and now it has the chance of a second lease of life from people playing in on the Wii. I have never come across a game like this before. The graphics are fantastic and i love the little touches with the Pikmin noises! although the noise they make as they drown or get burnt by fire is a little heartbreaking!. At times it can be frustrating as you realise you have navigated your way across a tough terrian to find one of the ships parts but havent got enough Pikmin to carry it back! *whoomph* thats the sound of throwing the controller on the floor!. You HAVE to try this game out. Its cute, clever and crazy! you will fall in love with the little Pikmins as they follow you round wide eyed and theres plenty of humour as you go ... Read More:

129.Spyro The Dragon - Platinum (PS) from: Sony Computer Entertainment UK
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Video Games : Spyro The Dragon - Platinum (PS)
This is one of those great games I remember growing up with, along with Crash Bandicoot and the lesser known Warner Bros. Sheep Raider game. It's not too challenging, and isn't the most adult of games, but not all games need to leave you screaming in frustration. It's a heck of a lot of fun for all ages and it is by far one of the best games of the era. Unlike other classics of the era like Final Fantasy and Resident Evil, it's one that everyone will enjoy. Respect the Dragon!

130.The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (GameCube) from: Nintendo
May 02, 2003
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Video Games : The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (GameCube)
In 2001 Nintendo made a decision to move away from the normal 3 dimensional graphics and try out something new, known as cel shading. And it certainly paid off.

The graphics in Wind Waker are jaw-dropping. By rendering 2 dimensional sprites in a 3 dimensional world the game has an artistic, highly stylised, often cartoony feel about it. This, combined with the vivid colours and beautiful attention to detail means that the game is a pleasure to play from start to finish. Enemies explode into a cloud of smoke, the wind rushes into your sails, grass swishes and the sea swells. Although the graphics have changed dramatically from earlier releases, none of the atmosphere of the game has been lost.

The gameplay is also great, if sometimes a little simplistic. ... Read More:
