The game is quite good gameplay and has very good graphics for a gameboy advance game...the arrows telling you where to go aren't that annoying and its quite good fun BUT... there's only a about 20 levels which really isn't that many considering there mainly races against the clock. There are only 4 different cars which is a bit annoying but you can change their colour but again would be nice to see a bit more. It would also be nice to see a multiplayer mode but sadly there isn't. Overall I would say its a quite good game but don't complete it too quickly! Because I completed it in a day!

Why Nintendo decided to resurrect this as a "NES classic" is beyond me. Actually it isn't - it enabled them to make money without expending any effort, which seems to have become a speciality of theirs in the handheld gaiming market of late - but it is true to say that this does not show them at the peak of their game. Firstly, though, I must give the game its fair dues. It was revolutionary in its time and laid the foundation for perhaps the greatest gaiming series of all time (the relative shoddiness of some recent instalments notwithstanding), with - in "Link to the Past" and "Ocarina" - arguably the two best games ever. The verdict... Pokemon FireRed is basically a remake of Pokemon Firered,explore the kanto reigon,same Pokemon in places,same gym leaders,same elite four. It expresses fully developed graphics. Plus after you beat the Pokemon leauge you travel throught the Sevii islands-a bunch of islands with Pokemon from the Johto reigon. Really,its a fun game. Newcomers will feel welcome as this a remake of the first Pokemon games,and hardcore fans will enjoy the familar sights of Kanto. Plus,using the wireless adapter,you cant trade and battle with friends with no cables! When I got this game, I was so excited, and i was right to be. The game is great and, if i could, I'd spent the whole day on it. The graphics, for a GBA game, are incredible. Also you can buy clothes (e.g. bamdanas, tank tops, hats) for your dog, and the 'father' gives you a little peice of clothing for every time you get past a Love level. Furthermore, for every 4 peices of clothes you buy, you get a name (e.g. Fashion Emerald) However, I feel this game is meant for younger people who are great dog lovers! I hope I've helped you.

DooM is reason enough to buy a GBA. It is a phenomenal game, one that (in the opinion of a console gun-bunny) demands the D-pad. I know plenty of old-schoolers will say the Mouse is better, but I know what I like. This game has it all... well, almost. It's not so much the original DooM as a modified Playstation version. Levels such as the Tower of Babel aren't here, both the Cyberdemon and Spider Mastermind are not included, and I'm pretty sure a few of the levels are taken from the Playstation version, not the PC one. That said, all weapons and power-ups are present, there's at least one Secret level (The Military Base) has survived the conversion. If this had been a direct-from-PC port, it'd be perfect.
