My first impression of the game was disapointing but having played the first Stalker it took some time to learn the changes in this game. You can upgrade and repair your weapons and body armor which makes the game more fun. The guides are a good addition also helping you get from place to place quicker. Theres not really any other games out there like it, sort of like Oblivion with guns. Ive got the latest patch and a machine that can run the program with no problems. I like my shooter games and this is worth the price. It will keep me entertained till Fallout 3 is released.

Well... I haven't exactly pre-ordered it YET but I will do, soon. I own this game for my PS3 and I've had great fun with it. The possibilities will be endless in the PC version (not literally) of this game, modding, new features and hopefully the system requirements won't be as demanding as Cryis, even though they're two completely different genres. Only 45 days, 2 hours, 55 minutes and 30 seconds, but hey, who's counting?

WoW is undoubtably the greatest game created so far. I have to agree with those who warn of possible addiction. It will take months to get to level 70 (soon to be level 80) and that is where the game really begins. You will then meet people who will really show you what a noob (novice) you are and this is after several months of playing! The game is so time consuming that at the top level you haven't got time to do both PvE (player v the environment) and PvP (player v player) so you have to specialise to become really good in one or the other.

The game reigns supreme but it does have its competitors. Warhammer Online has just been realised and may prove to be as good (doubtful as I find the combat ponderous). The next expansion for ... Read More:

Perhaps I was wrong to expect more from it, but it seemed like there just weren't enough new items in this pack to justify the cost. Colour options are quite limited, so you can't always get the shape of sofa you like, for example, to match the colours in the rest of the room, and a lot of the things that I've seen at Ikea and would want to have appeared in the game weren't included. I think they picked the most popular Ikea products, and though I find it funny that the sims can now have a bookshelf identical to mine, there's not much variety, and the designs chosen are mostly the simpler, boxy ones, rather than anything more daring. Although it's called 'Home stuff', you basically get items for a few styles of living room, study and bedroom - there's nothing ... Read More:

If you've bought the other expansion packs, then you're probably going to buy this one anyway, so why bother reading the reviews? :-)

However, if you haven't bought them all and want to cherry-pick the expansions (or you only want one expansion or something), I'd say that this is the one you should get. The "weather" is very well-done and affects your Sims in realistic ways, and of course the weather brings lots of exciting things such as lightning strikes, snowmen, leaf piles and sunburn. You can control the cycle of the seasons for each neighbourhood (and sub-hood thereof), so you can have a perpetually sunny desert neighbourhood, or a snowy wonderland all year round.

The harvestable crops and trees are a much-needed addition to the ... Read More:

The same as the sims 2 deluxe only this time it has celebration stuff 10/10 cos all the sims games are good but it's a bit of a rip off.

Video Games : Football Manager 2008 (PC/Mac)
I've been playing this game for a while now so I think I have enough experience with it to write a review.

The first thing I can say is that if you're an expert at Championship manager/Football manager, then you'll probably excel that this game, or any other future FM game for that matter. However, a lot of users are ones learning the ropes to this game, and this is the worst introduction to a great game series that I have ever encountered. Others have mentioned annoying glitches; 4-2-4, the corner exploit, etc. Yes, they are incredibly annoying, but it doesn't end there. The game is totally unrealistic. My latest New game (I've just begun a new one), exluding the friendlies, all my 8 league games so far have resulted in the injury of at least one of ... Read More:

This compliation brings together Medieval total war 2 and the expansion 'Kingdoms'. It includes a thorough guide for each and if my experience is anything to go by then it loads and plays without flaws or fuss. This is very similar in looks and feel to Rome total war but this later incarnation is more sophisticated and complex.

Rome is fantastic, quite possibly the best pc game of this genre so far which means Medi 2 (this game) has its work cut out if it is going to impress. And impress it does. On a 1650*1080 screen the units look absolutely amazing with layers and layers of detail. When units come together to fight on the battle field the little choreographed sequences look realistic and are thoroughly involving.

Cities and castles too look ... Read More:
