This was my first venture into the EXCITING WORLD of Tiger Woods PGA extravaganza and lets just say my friends, it is not the last. What particuarly interested me about this game is the well structured multiplayer. While it is certainly no Mario Party, it breathes a degree of finesse. Unfortuantly a few errors where present, such as the infamous No Face glitch, and the graphics are not perfect, but gameplay wise it was relitively entertaining. I just can't wait till next years golf season

Yes I've been playing WoW for about 2 years and I play an embarrassing number of hours per day. I've given other MMOs a go (EVE, Age of Conan) but ended up coming back to WoW becuase I just couldn't immerse myself in the characters. At last I can, but at a price - new graphics card (X1650 cheapo) and another GB of RAM (now 3GB in Vista, 2GB was ok tho) - but only because I love to have all the options maxed out. And it's worth it with this game. Why?

It looks fantastic. You can almost smell the marshes. Mozzies buzzing u through the grass and the sun glinting on the water which has splashes and ripples.

The progression is fun to do and with as much humour as WoW. As I play greenskins I love the irreverent atmosphere. You ... Read More:

COD4 meets COD2/3

Having played the Beta version, I have to say it's fantastic!! As with COD4, the game is massive on multiplayer that goes back in time to WW2.

The beta version of the game has very similar multiplayer options to COD4 where you still have unlockable perks, upgrade and attachments to your weapons and unlockable weapons. The Beta only allows you to go to level 11 but it looks like you can go to at least level 65.

there are 3 maps I've played;
1) Castle - is a close quarter map that is based in what looks to be a ruined Japanese castle both inside and outside.

2)Makin - is based in the jungle with round huts on stilts near a river. There are lots of ... Read More:

To start with I am not "a gamer", I bought this as a sort of media centre with the games as a of bonus. In the games dept it is pretty good, great graphics, sound even on a std TV.
However there are a no of things I just expected this box to do which it either doesn't do at all or doesn't do very well.
The reasonably large 60GB hard drive is next to useless at present because it is impossible to store anything other than XBL downloads (mostly trash trailers and demos) and music you rip directly from the DVD drive. (I've since heard that the next console upgrade will allow copying games to disk).
You cannot transfer any files to or from the XBOX, even to your PC running an MS OS.
I have a large amount of music and video (much of it Microsoft) on ... Read More:

The pink Nintendo DS..

I got a Nintendo DS in december 07,by April 2008 i had sold it on. I really, really wanted one and when i got it was completly addicted to it,perfect for when your partners watching the football! The Games appealed to me and i loved that i could take it anywhere and loved how it looked..but then i started to get bored because the games were too short and easy and i ended up not playing on it because i had completed all the games. I think i found i was too old for it at 20 and it was better for younger children as the games were too easy and childish. I would recommend it for children 100% as its great fun and educational. But if your older and like a bit more of a challenge then you may get bored quickly and feel like theres nothing that will ... Read More:

I brought this game a couple of weeks ago because it was only £12 but when I finally got it I was so disappointed.I am not a serious gamer and yet I still found it really boring after 40 minutes and I was even playing with 2 other people. I would recommend people rent it before they buy so they can make there own minds up but for me I don't think I will be playing it again.

I've never written a review on amazon, but after playing this game during the beta i felt compelled to tell people just how brilliant this game is.

First off you have the story mode, in this its like the normal single player type of game, its ingenius and fun to play, for the first time my girlfriend played with me and she hates game but loved this, its simple and just a great laugh, first customising your sackboy/girl and then playing the levels together, its cute, friendly and everyone can play.
The story mode could be sold on its own as its probably better than most games out but its probably less than half of what makes LBP Great.

After playing through most levels you can start creating your own, now i've played many games you can edit levels and ... Read More:

I found that there are two reasons why people dont like halo 3, first there ps3 fanboys who go on and write bad reviews about halo to dull it down. Two they suck online and are "t-bagged" or "n00bed DANCED" TOO MUCH. This game is amazing, story ok but online you just cant top halo 3. Why do people say "halo killer", well because to be the best, you must first go threw the best, and thats halo 3.
