This is an excellent speaker system - great sound and great value AND has an ipod dock so you dont need to turn the pc on to listen to your ipod music (great for getting dressed for a night out) They look good without looking like something from doctor who (unlike some of the other pc speakers ive seen...) All round a great purchase!

excellent buy,well made not cheap plastic like most systems on the market,produces a good quality sound.I was looking for a docking station for ipod but chose this because of the speakers you can place them where you want for the best sound. I would recomend this product.

I'm returning these things today. I listen mainly to ambient and downbeat sounds that are reasonably bottom-heavy. The tiny drivers just cant cut it... Hip-hop was just as disappointing. On the other hand, I played guitar based stuff and yeah, I can understand why some people who like that kind of music want to boof these speakers. Just be aware, they are not for everyone. I have a set from Maplin which, though not nearly as sturdy, pretty, or clean on the mid to top, handles the bass much more capably in my tiny bedroom. Also, whats the go with that little dance people do when they want to get out from the back of a full elevator?? Thats wierd.

Overall very happy with this monitor good bright picture but as for the speakers you get what you pay for the sound is low and a bit like my old pocket radio I had when I was 12! scratchy :) therefor I recommend you stick with a seperate set of speakers and just enjoy a good quality cheap monitor.

Terrific sound quality even in mid range frequencies and more than loud enough. Very very good value at this price point.

I bought these speakers as a replacement for the t20'a and i i have to say im disappointed.the look great but dont deliver any real bass without an option for a sub woofer input either.they are big without any real delivery'not very portable and has no on/off to the front of the speaker

I read the other reviews on this product and thought it sounded perfect, but it's not! My main issue is it's far too quiet I bought it for listening to in the park and at festivals with friends, but the area where the music is audible is so small (<1 meter from the speaker) I may as well wear headphones as I'm the only one who can hear it. Also the sound quality is far from great, bass in pretty much non existant, I wasn't expecting that to be great but I hoped it would be a lot better than this. Playtime seems to be about 7 hours on two duracell aaa batteries playing at maximum volume (trust me you'll never turn it lower than the max) which seems pretty good to me. Hi All Just bought this set of Logitech X 230's through Amazon,arrived in three days . Unpacked and what a surprise I got. For the money they were great looking ,and only took 5 mins to set up. Turned computer on and poped in a cd what a luvly quality sound for under £30.00,you would think it was coming from a good quality music centre if you didn't no better. Ive never written a review before ,but Honestly ,a great bit of kit for very little money . Im very happy with purchase would thoroughly recommend the Logitech X-230 Multimedia Speaker System ********** 10/10

connected these little beautys to my computer theres plenty of bass for me nice treble go loud enough for me theres even a connection to plug your headphones in so you dont disturb any one late at night they dont take up much room either

it came today, the delivery man struggled slowly but surely towards the door, my face lit up, anyway got it it being careful not to go too close to tv, set it up for my playstation on optical, no sound, damn! then i realised not on optical then the ps3 has to actually make a noise/sound through the speakers for the umm control pod to realise its there, anyway, i cant stress how amazing these speakers are seriously get them! honestly dont think about getting anything else, the bass is unbelieveable, big and loud very nice, speakers small powerful, not hugely directional if wall mounted but it will do, the sound is so crisp, friend came round today, and straight away mentioned how crisp they were and how clear the sound was, he was amazed seriously buy them ...
