OK, it looks great but what is important in a mouse is that the pointer tracks predictably and the buttons work when you click them. The pointer does not track predictably. Sometimes it is slow, other times it stops. This could be the surface I am using it on, but I haven't had a similar problem with other mice. The buttons, however, are much worse. Sometimes they work, other times they don't. Sometimes you have to click half a dozen times to get the thing to work. Another problem is that a single click seems to 'store up' lots of clicks and many click commands end up being sent even though you have clicked once. I got this to go with an HP TX2550ea tablet, and chose it for price over one of the Logitech cordless options. The build quality is pretty good: it doesn't feel cheap or fragile, I'd say it could survive a few accidental knocks. The rubber sides seem a tad pointless though, it's the kind of rubber that doesn't actually have a lot of friction: the same texture in plastic would probably have the same effect. It's generally a decent little mouse: the pointer is accurate as any branded mouse would be, and it's comfortable, but it has a few flaws. Like one of the other reviews pointed out, the middle mouse button (pressing down on the wheel) is a little stiffer and more noisy than it needs to be, whereas the side-to-side scroll ... Read More:

I found this wireless card extremely easy to install. All I had to do was click 'Install' and 'Finish' and it was pretty much working straight away, which is great because installing these things can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare!

Looks ok doesn't it? Not bad looking, and judging by the spec with the high resolution and video quality - for a webcam in this price range...a bargain. How wrong...how very wrong. Basically, the picture quality is just about bearable and mine came with a pixel shaded red as it goes but there you go... And then we move onto the microphone. Oh deary dear. As the description says, the paper is extended on one side so that you can handle it easily as it drys. The print is perforated to allow you to tear the extension off. Or to try to! The messy torn off edge spoils the photo unless you are going to mount it in a frame. You will then try to trim off the edge with scissors. If you are one of those dextrous crafty types, you will have a great photo. If you are like me ....

Printers, PCs and a WAP were beginning to outnumber the ports on my router, so I bought a Netgear GS605 to extend the network. It couldn't be easier to setup and install. It was a matter of taking everything out of the box and plugging in the power supply, the link to the router and the network cables to the devices. That's it - no setup disk or passwords, no IP or MAC Addresses to be entered - it does all the mapping itself. And like Jet Set Willy, I went and bought another a few days later to sort out my son's collection of Printers, PCs and a WAP.

I chose this adapter over its DVI brother as I wasn't sure if my external monitor supported DVI-D. The large end of the cable plugs into the VGA cable coming from your monitor - it's essentially an extension cable. Once connected the Mac recognises it straight away. Uncheck 'mirror image' and drag the open windows onto the external monitor for best performance. You can also choose where you want the menu bar and dock, either on Mac display or external monitor, regardless of where you have your open windows. All in all a great product.
