I bought this for work, we use a lot of photographic evidence, it does indeed pass through the printer 4 times, the pictures are fine but takes forever when you're printing lots of photos. Take my advice and use your pc printer.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced multi-function network inkjet printer then look no further. This is it. Connected up in 15 minutes straight out of the box. (you need to provide your own ethernet cable) I think this may be a european model as the power cord had a continental connection plug. A standard PC power lead fits however. (I had a few kicking around) All the paper instruction are in German or French, but the CD-ROM has stage by stage english instructions and the full manual in English. Works great. Visible to all my network laptops and PC's. Photocopies (Colour ans B&W) even when not connected to the network. Not the smallest printer around, but solidly built and looks great. Recommended.

I've had this printer for over 6 months for business use. It's been very reliable and copes with printing up to 80 sheets a day on a regular basis. It does seem to get through ink rather quickly hence 4 stars rather than 5. Other than that I'm happy with the quality, ease of use and reliability and think it's a good product for the price.

HP Officejet Pro L7780 Printer I just bought this printer and have been using it for a few days so I thought I'd write a review of my experiences thus far. I had read a few reviews before purchasing it and was somewhat confused as it had got mixed ones. Setting up was very easy. By this, I mean I could send a fax within seconds of turning it on, connected it to the home network which only involved putting in the network key etc. The only thing that took me more than 5 minutes to do was to set up the network folders. The instructions included were rubbish really. I am joining the long list of negative reviews found not only here but also on amazon.com. This printer has caused me no end of problems specifically regarding the paper feed, but also the software (even though I managed to get it working under Vista, but again very complicated) and HP's customer service is no better. Keep your hands of this one. I am going to buy a new printer, but never again will I touch HP products.
