This item is really easy to use with its touch control to MP3 from vinyl records or CD's - I see the other review says not good sound quality, but this is not an expensive hifi (so you have to have like for like, hence 5 stars, otherwise I would have given it 4 stars), and costs around the same as most record turntables without the CD player and without the record to MP3 facility. For a music centre under £100 with all those features it is excellent value. Search for: B0016P7E66 - if you want another higher spec recording music centre

What they say is true; the longer you wait for something, the more you appreciate it when you finally get your grubby little mits on it. After what feels like months I finally got my White Sony NWZA818 Walkman, and boy is it great! Within half an hour of recieving my Walkman I had all the music I wanted from my PC onto my shiny new toy. It's simply plug & play people (or drag & drop), there's no messing around with any software installations whatsoever, you can just sync your music from WMP to your Walkman! Sure beats iTunes (blergh.), and in my opinion the Walkman itself sure does outstrip the iPod! the samsung yp2 works well with pioneer bluetooth in the car at home gear4 and simple to use quick to setup and pitch perfect sounds through car speaker and they are just as supplied with car the gear4 mini great sound def going to get the larger gear4 for home yp2 is easy to trans fer samsung disc is a bit hard to use so have been using windows media 11 and simple to use just leave samsung on pc but dont make it default

I bought the Philips 1gb as I was looking for something to tide me over until I'd either saved up or made up my mind on something bigger and flashier. The price stood out by a mile. It's got a great little screen. I'm using it mainly on a bus to work so the sound quality isn't that much of an issue really but it's pretty good anyway. I copied all the songs that were on my iTunes playlist (approx 75) and that does me for the amount of time I use it. The shuffle feature makes sure I don't get bored. For under £23 who could argue. I'm seriously thinking of not bothering with any other MP3 player.

A great little unit comes with a remote controller which is not always mentioned but very useful. Controls are well placed and easy to use. I could have wished for a slightly better tone but mega bass is available which makes a lot of difference. I really congratulate Sony for using re-cyled cardboard packing instead of that ghastly plastic foam which gets everywhere these days. Just missed giving it 5 stars because the price is just a tad high for the speaker quality which one gets.

Bought this a few days ago and it seems to be one of the best bargains I've bought from Amazon in ages. Very easy to use and the sound quality is almost as good as listening to a CD. I've tryed it with both my home stereos and with 2 car stereos so far and I couldn't fault it one bit.

I have had mine for over a year and it has never failed me once. Great for downloaded content, plays all sorts of files, fantastic screen for downloaded movies or TV. Fits in the back pocket and comes with me on all my travels. Buy a better set of headphones to really appreciate the music. Attatches to any TV. You can view and move the files via windows rather than the supplied software. (This replaced my unreliable Ipod Nano)
