I was in the market for a new player after my iPod mini gloriously died on me after 2 and half years use and I was told by apple it would never work again. After considering buying an iPod touch for some time I then found this gem of an MP3 player and I haven't looked back. For the same money I can buy an I pod shuffle or this baby. With 8GB memory it stores all the tracks I ever need plus pictures and movies. The screen is large enough to enjoy films without squinting and the quality is amazing, the sound quality is good and it has a touch screen! This has been said to be a poor man's iPod touch and I guess it is, but since I can buy THREE of these for one iPod touch I'm sticking to the ICE 1000. Good points - Huge ... Read More:

The touch buttons arent very sensitive and the speaker is not exceptionaly loud, but loud enough for my purposes. The fact that DNSE can be sent over bluetooth headphones is a major plus, i like men something that my samsung YP-P2 is not yet capable of. The screen is not very big and watching videos on it seems pointless. You can record voice and RADIO that will save straight into your files. Something else that this features that the so called brilliant "Ipod" doesnt is that you can delete files while on your mp3 player, dont have to plug it inot your computer. The YP series is awesomem i own both the P2 and now the S5 both of which in my opinon are better than any i pod (with the exception of the i phone) on the market. Very cheap too BUY ... Read More:

I bought the White 30Gb video iPod a the xmas before last, and at first I was so happy with it. It looked great, sounded great, and seemed the best. After a month or so, It started playing up. The battery is a disgrace to be honest, one second it says it's on it's last limb, next thing I have 3/4 full battery. I charge it over night, and its 1/2 charged. The iPod is a joke, it's more of a fashion statment then a mp3 player. I brought it back, and the shop gave me another one, now a few months ago, the iPod regulary cleared, literally everything, I did not restart it, also my computer isn't great, so I can't have thousands of music on my computer, I was left with nothing.
