After using this monitor for a couple of weeks I can say that I am very pleased with it. The picture quality is very good. I do VJ work and this monitor gives me plenty of workspace room to use my various applications. Lots of inputs for video cameras etc. I had one dead pixel in the left corner. You can only notice if you really look for it and its not an issue for me. Mike's review should not be taken to seriously, don't let it put you off. He says, "the backlight bleed was terrible and the backlight in general was not uniform." This is not the case on my monitor, "what bleed" I ask, and "not uniform", it is on mine. I find the viewing experience great, movies are a pleasure to watch. I do have the brightness turned down quite a bit ... Read More:

What more can I say? I got this a couple of months ago to use as my new main pc monitor and for 360 / Wii gaming use, it's a 100% improvement on my old 17 inch tft in so many ways, the least of all being how much the contrast and colour are so much more clear, bright and vibrant, I literally would compare the vibrancy to that of a plasma screen it's just that good, along with the lovely resolution of 1920x1200@59/60hz. There is no "warm up" time like some older tfts where it would always look dull when you first turned it on that day, and best of all it has connections for any type of high def output you care to stick in it, component, hdmi, dvi and vga.
