WiFi is OK, but there isn't Skype for this phone - which was the main reason for buying it. Web browser is pretty useless and will only load 'mobile friendly' sites like BBC. Gmail loads, but won't store passwords - very fiddly to enter on phone keypad. Excel is too fiddly to use and I think it strips all the cell formulae out. No pdf reader available. Integration to MS Outlook is very useful and I'm now just using it a diary really.
