Lovely printer, good value, wifi works brilliantly. I bought this to replace an aged 895CXi, and it hasn't disappointed in anyway. Quick, quiet, good output. Lovely to have a network printer at this price. I really can't fault it. I don't us it much for plain text - use mono laser for that - but anything mixed, or that I need in colour is dispatched really nicely. I do use inkjet paper to minimise bleed/spidering, and it's worth it.

Although it has its drawbacks, it nevertheless does posses HP's classsic printer engine and is compatible with usb1.1.

First one out of the box didn't work and the second developed the same fault after 2 weeks.

I bought this item nearly 4 months ago and it has yet to impress me in any way. It is noisy, slow, prone to the jets clogging and the software windows are a pain to navigate. For example when the jets do clog you have to right click the printer icon and go to printing preferences and the back tab is maintenance. The printer has no option to print black and white so if you run out of a colour cartridge the whole thing stops. Until the cartridge is replaced. Epsom have made great effort with this to prevent anyone using other than Epsom cartridges and will even say the cartridge is not recognised on their own products. I've just bought this from Amazon - speedy service and nearly the best price online -many thanks. I am mighty impressed by the iP4600 already and don't think anyone need look further than this unless they need A3 printing. I bought this mainly for my consulting work, and was after a printer that could produce the best quality colour documents. It has been very hard finding useful reviews on business-grade ink-jet printers, as most reviews seem to concentrate on photo printing ability rather than plain paper performance. However, although this may primarily be a photo-printing machine, it is absolutely outstanding at plain-paper documents too. Bought one after my Epson stylus colour 880 died out after 7 years of use. It is all in one printer with capability to copy B&W or Colour. This printer is Sold as Epson SX 205 in Currys or dixons or from Epson directly and as Epson SX200 if you head towards ARGOS. There is no difference in these products whether it is 205 or 200. Print quality is much improved and is quite fast. I have printed coloured Brochures and it chucks them out with quite a speed and print quality is excellent. Blacks are better than before. It took only just over an hour to print a whole ream (500 pages) of brochure. Only think is slightly fiddly is to put the paper from the back which on one side is slightly obstructive to paper to just drop down into the tray, but not a significant issue. ... Read More:

I bought this printer in US to realize the UK Inks would fit, but would not work. After "paying" for new 3180 in UK, it begin having problems only one month after the purchase. By them I had no warranty anymore! From paper jammed to cartridge malfunctions, it had it all. Avoid it.

I was looking at the 585 for £149 from PC World, then found this. Really the price ensured I didn't hesitate, and happily I am delighted with the printer. It didn't arrive with the adapter which is a annoying, but I had one anyway. Besides an email to the supplier had one over in a few days. I've never bought a printer which did come with a USB cable so be aware that you will need one. Set up was a doddle. There is an English version of the manual on the CD, so there's no need to download it. The supplied software is pretty good, at last, and I was printing off shots within minutes with excellent results on the supplied 7x5 sheets. Printing onto DVD's is pretty impressive too. I have to disagree with the other reviewers. I have had nothing but trouble with this printer since i bought it. It jams up on a regular basis and if paper gets torn it is almost impossible to remove. It is quiet slow in printing and currently i can't print at all as i'm getting bands across the printouts even though i have cleaned the printheads twice and done all the other maintenance tasks. I have only used the printer a handful of times and it is never moved so can't see why it has all these problems. I've always used Epson in the past and i cetainly will never buy Kodak again
