Ordered the cooler via Super Saver Delivery and arrived as promised. Worked straight out of the box. The 4 USB ports were a real boon, freeing up my other ports on the laptop. Beautiful high quality design and sits well on the desk. Fans barely audible and really does a great job cooling the laptop down. Now HDD runs at below 40 degrees, where previously it used to hit 60+!! CPU temp is kept at below 50 deg during normal usage. Only gripe is that it's not designed for widescreen laptops. Mine is a 14.1" widescreen which just juts slightly over the edge on the left and right, but otherwise works like a charm

The switch works intermittently. We bought 6 of these for the office, and we ALL have problems where sometimes the switch stops working. The only way of fixing it is to unplug the usb from both PCs and plug it back in - which completely defeats the point! Also takes 5 secs to switch between PCs. A really rubbish product - so please DON'T waste your money on this.
