This webcam is pretty terrible. Produces noisy picture even in the britest of daylight and in artificial light, it is next to useless. Even at the highest exposure setting, it is too dark and noisy for your recipient to enjoy. Comes with a really cheaply built mic and ear-piece.

Computer : Logitech QuickCam DeLuxe for Laptops
This is the first time I have bought a webcam, which I wanted to use to try making video calls using my laptop. I didn't want to buy the cheapest camera but didn't want to invest too much either since I'm learning how to do this stuff; so this midrange camera seemed like a good choice.

The camera is very handy and I think the image quality is good. It is tiny (about 3cm by 6cm) and comes with a small pouch so it is protected when you pack it away with your other laptop stuff. The camera has a manual focusing ring which you have to turn so the image is nice and sharp - this worked well. (The clip is good for a laptop screen but I think it would be a bit too narrow for a flat desktop monitor, for which I would recommend the Logitech ... Read More:

Delivery was well before the allotted time, only slight grumble is that you have no way of knowing when it is dispatched, may be due to it being a reseller. The cam itself was easy to install, just stuck in the CD and away it went. Only thing it desn't do is autofocus and no instructions on how to do this. Found out you just twist the dial on the camera itself. Once I was in focus and all drivers were installed I made a skype call and it worked great. Would recomend this to anyone wanting a cheap WebCam for a laptop.
