I used my old 60gb hard drive on this and it works perfectly fine. The black pouch that they gave with it looks very nice right next to my computer, although the LED light is little too strong

I can understand why this 'holster' style bag is in the discount section. It is too small for anything but the smallester SLR. Minimal extra storage, minimal padding. Avoid.

This is a really cool bag, i chose it because it doesn't look like a camera bag. It is comfortable enough to wear around all day. It fits perfectly my Nikon D40 with 18-55mm lens attached, plus an additional 55-300mm lens. It also features a moveable divider and an extra outside pocket for batteries, cards etc. I like it!

A stylish little cover - but once on you can't get to the power button (on/off switch) so you have to keep taking it off (by first removing the stereo speaker attachment) in order to start the machine and throughout its use unless you leave it on standby. Major design flaw.

I was looking around for something to improve on my pocket digital. I wanted a true SLR but my budget couldn't stretch to that. This one met virtually all of my criteria. Powerful optical zoom, image stabilisation, built in flash, standard batteries, quick and easy to use. I set it on fine mode which means each jpeg is around 4Mb, but I wanted to be able to enlarge any picture I took. I put in a 4GB SD card which holds around 400 pictures and have a 2Gb one in case I fill it. I have already had 12" x 8" enlargement prints of some images and they have been crystal sharp. I bought 8 2700mAh AA batteries and a charger (it uses 4 at a time). Battery life is really good and will easily do a few hundred pictures. Only small criticism is I cannot ... Read More:

Coolpix S600 fits in this case, but it is quite a lot too big. Front slot for memory cards is not too convincing, not great for storing a spare battery.

This a good, no-nonsense carrying case. The camera is inserted lens down - with the adapter ring fitted and the lens hood in the stored position. It's very easy to insert/remove the camera this way. There's also a little pouch at the front for an additional memory stick or battery - you can just squeeze a 74mm filter in there too if need be.
