Photo : Canon IXUS II APS 240 Camera
This is an excellent little camera, with all the features expected from an APS unit, but built with genuine quality. The metal casing doesn't feel flimsy at all - it's the Mercedes Benz of the APS camera world; flash and superbly put together. The tiny size and weight makes the IXUS II a true portable camera, one that you really don't mind carrying around with you on holiday for those precious snaps.

The point-and-click type of photography this is suited to has been perfected by Canon, so this camera really does come at the top of its class in every possible way. The zoom, while not enormous is enough to magnify specifics, and the night photography is extremely clear - as are closeups. All in all, a superb camera that is worth the ... Read More:

The viewfinder isn't very accurate and can result in disappointing prints. In addition, the viewfinder can easily break as it's just a piece of plastic screwed on. The 'scroll' to place the film in is quite flimsy and that can easily get damaged too. Also, you can only take pictures outside as the camera hasn't got a flash function.

Photo : Nikon F65 Silver Body Only
Nikon F65 35mm SLR.
This is a fantastic camera, I use an F65 as well as an F80 and love the smaller camera it is light, robust and takes fantastic, high quality pictures, it doesn’t drink batteries and is simple to use. I use the camera primarily for ‘adventure’ photography and it works fantastically for action shots, landscape, portrait whatever. This is a worthwhile investment, don’t join the dark side, film photography may be old school but it’s worth the extra hassle

Technical stuff
Excellent specification camera full auto & manual controls, built in flash with anti- red-eye, slow sync etc., 3D matrix metering & centre weighted, depth of field preview
Auto focus with 5-point ... Read More:
