I recently drove through France to Classic Le Mans in convoy with other classic cars and attached this to various interior and exterior panels attaching a small handheld Sanyo Digital video camera. The suction that the pad has and the hold the actual camera attachment has is exceptional. Although at points of vibration through the road and at speed I was abit wary of the thing falling off under the car with £300 of camera attached was quite scary. this didnt happen once, make sure the surface is dust free, clean and dry before attaching.
