I mainly decided to watch this film when I found out Jill Scott was in it. She made a good attempt and looked beautiful on camera. She's especially good in the South African film "Ladies Detective Agency". Each couple had their own story to tell and they told it simply although there were times I kept finding myself stretching some of the scenes and lines, feeling they could have been fleshed out a bit more but i understand budget constraints :). I've only just realised, after surfing around Youtube via Tyler Perry that he has since made a couple more films, I've watched the trailers so will be ordering "Daddy's Little Girls" and "Meet the Browns". Keep going Tyler, you'll get better and better each and every time.

What a good book i thought!! Christians know the Bible is the main true help guide. But this book is a help for anyone wanting to make a bit of sense as to why we each are here on earth in a helpful way...its a book where you can read abit about everything..it is worth a read. I see alot of people have different views about this book but i suggest give it a read and see, you may find some encouragement or answers to some question you have in your mind.

Ok- so it was not stunning, as implied with the previous review- but I don't think it was that bad. It's a cute little love story with some funny moments. You know the kind of film you watch when you're bored, have nothing to do or when you're ironing clothes. The story is based on that whole 'man wants woman- woman doesn't' and events happen to bring them together. An alright movie- but I really wouldn't go out and buy it myself.

I just have one thing to say: save your time.. and money! This film is literally the worst piece of work I have ever seen. It has absolutely no plot whatsoever, and not even the good talents like Terence Howard could save this piece... Even 1 star is too good a rating in this case.

Israel's latest musical adventure is again an eclectic mix of genres, with God at the center. Generally, the arrangements are a lot more accessible than those on for instance "Another Level", and as such easier to appreciate. The shift from traditional gospel to contemporary worship seems nearly complete with this album, which is a shame, as the more intimate tracks with close harmonies ("So Come", "If Not For Your Grace") stand out over those that are supposed to make you want to dance ("With Long Life"). The message contained in the tracks is just as varied, or even contradictory at times. "Surely, surely" ends with a long list of 'moral issues' (abortion, sexuality) that must 'come down', only to be followed by a message of 'no condemnation ... Read More:

This recording provides an awe-inspiring experience for Christians. It's like walking with Jesus and listening to his teachings. Later, you'll find yourself in prison with a chained Paul as he sends his letters of love and admonition to the various churches. There's only so much spiritual growth you can gain by merely reading the Bible. You also need to feel it deep inside your heart. Watching the movie I really had to think what was the point of it. The story line was slow and not original and I would define it as drab. I was a little disturbed that a black woman could be defined as racist/prejudice for having a preference of a black male and that black couples have nothing to identify with apart from the issues within the work place. I found that somewhat insulting. Maybe it is a interracial/American thing but a one watch for me.
