Beautifully printed and clearly set out. Used this for a trip to the Amalfi coast and it highlighted some hidden gems to explore. Also included some good restaurant listings and tips. Excellent coverage of all areas, including Pompeii and Vesuvius.

I've been to Naples, Sorrento and Capri and this book helped me a lot finding the hot spots on the zone. Places to see, prices, transportation, maps, history facts... it is very complete and easy to use.

The guidebook covers Naples, divided into 6 areas, with maps and places to visit in each. There are also 2 suggestions for guided walks within the city, each taking in a number of sights. A separate section then covers the Amalfi coast, listing the main villages and towns, with chapters on Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum etc., and illustrations, photos and suggestions for places to visit in each. It seems to have been written years ago by someone half asleep, repeating cliches and received wisdom. The guide to Naples is a commentary rather than an itinerary or list of key sights, which makes it hard to use for exploring. Info on where to eat is scattered (the best place to find it is not under food but under "exploring"). No mention of Oplontis, a major site which has been open to the public for 14 years now and has probably the best Roman wall paintings in the region. Not worth the money.

This is an amazing item, I have tried many diferent techniques to learn Italian and this is by far the best. I really do encourage you to buy this you won't regret it. The voices used are really good as well, they saying everything clearly allowing you to understand quicker. The music is also an added bonus it allows the words to stick in your brain faster, and makes the experience alot more enjoyable. With this product its not a matter of having to use it, but you want to use it. Fantastic.
