I found this a good read and certainly gives you a good base to work from. Well worth any coach from teaching under 14's up to use.

This book is essential for the modern coach. I have been on many coaching courses and the last I attended was in France with the French FA. They handed this book out as a present! It is structured very well and goes into depth on the reasons why we warm up and what does not work. If you are an old fashioned coach who warms up with static stretching this is the way forward for you.

I Coach a team of under 14's and this book has been extremely useful in my understanding of Zonal defence and also I have used the drills for training sessions. As with one of the other reviewers I would have liked a bit more detail at times on the actual theory but overall it is the best coaching material I have found for teaching zonal defence using a 4-4-2 system.
