If you want a walkthrough of the main storyline then this is a good book for it. It also gives you details of all the flying rats and unique stunt jumps.

However the book does seem slightly flawed.

1. There is no page at the start with all the cars/bikes/helicopters etc so you know what there is.

2. There is no page to tell you where to find the exotic cars.

3. On the pullout map at the back it gives you locations for 10 exotic cars. When you get there the car is no where to be found. No clues as to how / when they are supposed to be there.

So it does have some useful information but there is a lot they have missed out and just made a half assed attempt.

I have owned an Elite since February 2008 and so far I have had no problems with it whatsoever. It is certainly nosier than the other consoles on the market, but for ease of use, unparalleled online gameplay and a large gaming library I seem to spend more time on the Elite than my other consoles.

From my experience, the multi-format titles seem a little more polished on the Elite, but this is largely due to the fact that games have been developed for the 360 and then ported to other formats. I fully expect this to change as this generation progresses. In terms of exclusives, a whole host of RPGs are due for release to keep you occupied through the winter months, plus you have the likes of Gears of War 2, Fable 2, Forza 2 (already ... Read More:

If cod 4 is a light infantry skirmish then bad company is a war. The single player is there for you to get to grips with the controls. Whilst the 1 player is ok the enemy a.i. are too good and there is a funny aspect like in bioshock where when you die you get respawn but the enemies you've killed previously stay dead. But none of that matters because its the online war that proves so fantastic that other little niggles are easilly ignored. 90% of the battlefield is destructable with tanks, mortars, guns, helicopters, grenades, noob tubes, RPG's, exploisives etc. Buildings and scenary fall under the destructive power of your arsenal. all the maps are amazing...with a mix of sniping, mid range mayhem and close range action (insert shot gun blast here). ... This game is great, it provides entertaiment each and every time you play it which is something i have done constantly. Its only flaw is that its campaign is short however that doesn't stop me playing the game over and over. This is a certain buy if you want to be entertained.

After having the previous two installments of Call of Duty 2 & 3 on Xbox 360 which were both set in world war 2, I was at first, a little dubious about the switch to modern day. I love WW2 games, CoD 3 was a shining example of a classic WW2 title, epic, cinematic battles, great visuals, and a fantastic array of weaponry really set the game apart from its competitors. Online is where Cod 3 excelled. It was awesome. Enough Said. Number 4 has a lot to live up to.

On to the new version. Firstly the campaign. It is nothing short of epic. Every level is a masterpiece in engaging the player in the surroundings and sucking them into enormous firefights that are truly spectacular. The atmosphere in the levels is very intense and leads to an extremely dramatic ... Read More:

I'm always a bit sceptical when it comes to games based on the Star Wars franchise. For every Knights of the Old Republic there is a Bounty Hunter that ruins it. I'm a big Star Wars fan and even the terrible games I enjoy for their story. Star Wars has had a pretty easy ride recently with the succesfull KOTOR, Battlefront and Lego games. Which is why I was a bit worried about the development of The Force Unleashed. The game seemed to have a large amount of amibition with the new physics systems and bridging story.

Upon starting the game the menus seemed very basic. But once the game kicked off I was very surprised. The way it makes you feel like a powerful sith is impressive. Combining force powers opens up lots of options to defeat your foes. The first I tried was ... Read More:

if you, like me had a 360 giveup the ghost on you then you will most likly have held on to your hard drive and other kit so as a replacment this is second to none and whilst it may not be as pretty as the primuim it takes about an hour to repaint in glossy black that looks better than the elite.

but only buy this if you do still have hard drives and what not because other wise you will end up forking out alot more money in the long term.
so to summarise this is a good way to save money on an completly new prmium or elite but is not a good first time console.

I have been a great fan of this game for the PC from the beginning. I was concerned when I found out that it was coming out for the 360 coz i thought that they might destroy it!

First impressions weren't great to be honest. I loved how in the old games there were loads options to customize the game, so you could really play what you wanted. I loved setting the AI as less aggressive and having long political games, but in this game there are no options really.

Then I played the game. Loved the graphics. All the characters looked great and the cities looked pretty awesome. When you get to the game play it must be said that this is a watered down version of the PC game, but that's whats good about it. If I want an intensive week on this game alone I ... Read More:

Okay, I liked the first game and finished it on Warrior. This second game I finished on hard but hated (with a vengeance) an awful lot of it - its incredibly sloppy in places for an otherwise polished game.
Theres two types of game like this: ones where the bosses are rock hard and have little strategy, and then the others like God of war 2 which have actual tactics and challenge.
Ninja Gaiden falls into the category of just being rather difficult and more often than not simply because the camera gets stuck pointing the wrong way, and because bosses (in particular a giant armadillo) sometimes fill up the whole screen with effects making it difficult to actually fight with any precision (so they then make you fight two at once- which comes down to luck more than skill in ...
