James Morrison reminds me of Terence Trent Derby with his distinctive vocals and cut down style, very few musical instruments, often just acoustic guitar and drums.Echoes of Stevie Wonder and chords and melodies that have a passing resemblance to other artists' songs complete the mix.I really like this album but it wasn't one that i liked first time of hearing. It's an album you need to play and let it grow on you. It's a little raw and naive in places and a little like a live recording of a busker on a city street corner. No bells and whistles, just a guy relying and believing in his talent. This gives it some originality and credit to James Morrison on producing a stunning album that may not be for everyone but will be enjoyed by most.Recommended.

The artist has brought a new genre of smooth jazzy type charisma to the music industry, the best thing yet is that he's from the Scotland, UK, undiscovered talent is not long shadowed by the overseas 'considered to be rivals'. His name would suggest a smooth Italian pop star, when in fact he is a soul-influenced adult alternative singer, after being discovered at 18 and now in his early 20's he has developed to the likes of all. Check out 'These Streets' album. It's fantastic.

This album is awful. Terrible vocals, terrible songs, so-so backing - you begin to get the idea. This is a record that is completely lacking in charisma and imagination. Put it this way if he was still in the army they would have had him put him against the wall and shot!

Whilst I respect the views of teenage girls who only listen to stuff recorded in the last ten years (I only followed modern music when I was ten before I grew up), I firmly believe that 'Bleeding Love' is the worst song EVER recorded. First of all there is the singer, who constantly WHINES all the way through, barely changing her vocal delivery apart from on the chorus where she sounds like a teenager whose voice is breaking. Then there is the melody- horrible, tuneless and clumsily pasted together. As for the words well, what can I say? Terrible. Isn't it normal to feel affection for somebody? The writer doesn't seem to think so. If I come across any copies of this song I will run over them with my car then recycle the plastic so it can be made ... Read More:

I think "The Rose" is a great song. And when Westlife performed it in Miss world Contest, I was suprised. However, when they released single "The Rose", I was much more suprised because they sang too sweet and great especially Shane. Moreover, their video is wonderful and very moving, no dirty scenes like other artists.
As you know, "The Rose" has becomed 14th Westlife's Number ONE single. They did very perfectly and of course, they gained another number one single!

This is the third song from their 'Twelve Stpos and Home' album, and seriously, they haven't released a bad song yet.

I've also heard this song live, which is such a blessing. Dan sings with, er feeling and the guitar riffs in the middle are especially enjoyable. He also has the ability to sing quite high too.

Whenever I hear this, it always puts a smile on my face:) Enjoyable, entertaning and talented plus with loads of charisma, The Feeling truly deserve all their sucess so far, and I hope they go from strength to strength
