I've been having this Hedgecutter for 3 years. No problems whatsoever and very powerful in what it does. Don't forget to grease the teeth of the blade after each time you use it. It will prolong the life of it.

Now had this strimmer for about 15 months and to be honest I wish I hadn't bothered. From the start the pro tap spool system for releasing the strimmer line has been nothing but painful. It sticks, you need to remove the spool to unjam, all of this for a system that supposedly needs a tap on the floor. Half my strimming time is spent with the strimmer upside down trying to release the line. It has a very large head on it so I struggle to get it into tight corners or nooks and crannies. It has for the last 6 months decided to become temperemental and starts up when the trigger is pushed only if it feels like it. Lightweight-ish, well balanced, powerful, handy to use, but one problem... battery only lasts for limited time and then takes a good while to recharge. For more than just a bit of lawn/edge-trimming or other small areas, it would really need 1 or even 2 spare batteries. Unless there is something wrong with the almost new one I have.

Decent enough trimmer with a great long cable ( I used it to cut a whole Lawn !) - but use it for more than ten minutes and your hands and fingers start to hurt becuase the vibration is so strong
