When there are lots of sellers, the one that you see is the lowest priced, not including postage. Given that this seller charges double the p&p if you order two units, it's clearly just a way to inflate the price and still make sales by looking like the cheapest. Wouldn't blame the seller, it's just a problem with Amazon's system being legitimately (within the rules set by Amazon) exploited. You just have to look harder for the actual cheapest seller

This paper is good, very good in fact. I agree with everyone who says that if the printer's good, you'll get lab quality prints. The trouble is, with the cost of this paper, combined with the cost of the inks, it's much (MUCH) cheaper to have them printed professionally online. I pay 7p per 6x4, so why pay so much for Canon consumables just so they can be printed at home? To make home printing a viable option, the prices of consumables must come right down. The manufacturers are ripping us off. Period.

Canon inks are great and this Canon PGI-5BK is no exception. I'm very very pleased with the results and can foresee myself sticking with Canon printers and their inks. I have regrettably tried a set of compatible inks in the past which produced disgraceful print quality, where the colours ran and mixed with each other on paper. They also made a mess of my printer around the area where the cartridges sit in place. I had gone too far with penny pinching, and quickly went back to the Cannon original inks. It took many and I mean many executions of my printer's self maintenance cleaning software to get it back to its 'as manufacturer intended' state, even after I had changed the ink back to Canon originals. Not a lot you can write about a printer cable. Belkin are the masters of covering their packaging with claims of gold contacts and superb transfer speeds, to be honest I haven't the time or the inclination to test these claims. All I can say is, I attached it to my computer, then to the printer and printed a test page, which came off fine and I've been using it ever since. The build quality is nice too, a good cable all round.
